Loki stepped on the back of Krolock's neck and began slowly increasing the pressure.
"You disgust me."
And then he let him go.
Loki strode, fuming, toward the door and paused at the threshold. He looked back.
"Stay away from Teja, or I will kill you."
He slammed the door on Krolock and stormed out toward the front door.
When he opened it onto the anteroom, however, someone was already there.
Loki had to look upward a bit.

Herbert held out a long, thin rope made of light, braided fibers.
"Will this do?"
The light caught the rope and revealed it as a small section of Herbert's own hair, bound and braided and thin enough that its absence didn't show against the rest still on his head at all.

Loki stared at it for a long moment, then shook his head.
"No, no. I have no need for a collection of blond locks. I don't want the reminder."
