"You have a crush on ooooone," he said in a singsong voice.

John tapped Laszlo's hand playfully "Laszlo."

Marie turned with a grin "Ooo who is it? Is it Batman? Or Iron Man? Or-"

Through a mouthful of food Hazel managed to say "Saw a picture of Iron Man one time, he's cool."

Treszka had to resist the urge to rub the blush out of her cheeks.
"Uuuuh...wellll..."
Dammit, dammit, that's not helping.
"Iron Man." She blurted out.

László raised his eyebrows at John with a "what?" look on his face. A picture of innocence.

"Oh my gosh, Tony Stark is so dreamy!"

John chuckled and poked at Laszlo's ribs then turned to the girls "Tony Stark? I read about him in the papers once. Didn't exactly seem like the kind of man that would go out of his way to help anyone but himself."

"Yes he iiiiiis.
And he's not like that!" She said indignantly. "He changed his business and did all sorts of awesome stuff for people and he's working on clean energy now."
Man, was it good to have the internet to update herself with. If she'd been stuck with the more archaic way of getting news around here, she'd be behind by a year.
She got a far away look in her eyes.
"And he doesn't hide his identity 'cuz he's too cool for that."

John set his lips in to a thin line for a moment, before sucking them in and smiling "Well he sounds like he's trying to help and that's always good, this world is always in the need of help."

László glanced at John.
"Do you know about superheroes? He's one of those."
The subject made him wonder if his own homeland had one. It was a rather odd thought. There couldn't have been...the papers in Dracheheim would've been all over that.

Treszka found it utterly bizarre that characters she'd only known from comic books were now real, but at the same time...it was awesome. She flashed Marie a huge grin. For once, her troubles had been forgotten, thanks to being with this family.

((That seems to happen with the Bristow's. How I adore them.))
Marie returned the grinned and refocused on her father whom she was waiting to hear if he knew what a super hero was.
He seemed to know everything, it'd be a shock to hear something he didn't know.

He pouted again "I know of men and women, whom take the law in to their own hands, and-" he thought carefully about his next few words "although I don't condone vigilantism, I do believe that sometimes, the law does not work."
