((Sorry about that, was delayed by watching Anna Karenina.))
A brief overview of the place would probably be enough for Raven. She simply wanted someplace to stay long enough so that she could find a way home, and secluded enough to concentrate. (Right now, the basement was looking attractive.)
"Ah. Pretty standard fare. At least I like the atmosphere," she mused. "...So. I suppose I can spare some time, if you'd like to show me around yourself. Or, if you've got pressing business..."

Rogue shrugged, though it would probably be obvious to any but the most oblivious that she didn't have anywhere else to be. Not especially.
"Sure," she said. "I think I can swing that. C'mon."
She started towards the auditorium, not babbling but just pointing out the things she found most significant: which doors led outside, which to the bathroom, which to storage areas it was safe to enter and which belonged to some dressing room or office it wasn't. Where the kitchen was. The entrance to the cellars, which they paused before as Rogue stared down into the darkness.

It was only to be polite, really, or at least an attempt thereat. Either way, Raven would learn the general layout of the area pretty quickly.
Nodding, she silently followed Rogue, cloak hardly billowing out behind her. At each stop she made a mental note of the salient details. That should help her prevent being annoyed, and with her luck, probably being attacked as well. She stopped, too, at the foot of the stairs, her eyes piercing the darkness slightly. "Just the way I like it."

((Sorry about the wait. I have trouble with weekends.))
Rogue glanced at Raven.
"Dark?" she asked. She attempted to make the tour as brief and useful as possible; neither of them were the chatty, cliquey types, and even if Rogue recognized something familiar in Raven is was not the sort of familiarity that led her to believe the girl would be dying for he company. For her part, Rogue was mostly curious, the inkling of dangerous ideas in the back of her mind that it was possible to live like this, acknowledging your ability even as you retained some distance from the world. Rogue knew she had no other choice but to be distant. But wasn't there something more?

((I know how it feels.))
"Dark and queit," Raven affirmed, nodding and gathering the fabric of her cloak about her once again. "Hopefully nobody will ask me to join in their asinine games this time." For her own part, Raven could understand, she thought, at least something of what Rogue was feeling. It must be tough to live with herself, and it was a shame. Still, she was rather happy with her own abilities for the most part, and her time spent bettering them was well-spent.

Rogue nodded, though of course she could have no idea what Raven meant. She did, however, understand the wish to be left alone. Though at the same time, she longed for someone who could tell her something about herself.
That was, of course, assuming there was anything to know.
"I think there's a lot of that," she agreed. "Except during rehearsal and performances... but I think there are places it won't bother you, much."

It was enough to make her sigh in frustration as she had; she'd been bothered numerous times, notably when Starfire had asked her if she wanted to do her hair with her (no), or when Beast Boy and Cyborg had wanted to play "Stankball" (definitely not). Still, at least she had found tolerable company now. If the other woman wanted to talk, Raven might just, at that.
"That's good to hear," she said, and sighed. "Though I do hope they're not getting beaten too badly at home."

"Who're you fightin'?" Rogue asked. "I mean, if you don't mind my asking." She wondered why Raven didn't just try to get home, if she was capable of doing that sort of thing.

"Who aren't we fighting?" Raven intoned, rolling her eyes. "It seems like every week some new punk in a fancy suit is fighting us, or teaming up. Or, if we're especially lucky, it'll be Slade--Deathstroke, that is--back from the dead...again."
Raven would shortly be trying to get home, but to be honest, she wanted the vacation.

Rogue chuckled, a little uncomfortably. "Sounds like your life is a lot more exciting than mine," she said. "Though sometimes I wish things could just go back to being... normal."

Slightly less emotionless than usual, Raven cast a glance at Rogue. "Oh, you have no idea...and at least you had a normal to fall back on. I've never been 'normal' at all."

Rogue, though more reticent than usual since her recent experiences, was nonetheless curious. And now the girl seemed to be inviting more conversation. And she herself was lonely. And hadn't stopped being confused since...
"Well, it's not exactly like falling back," she said. "I can't go back. I mean, even apart from all this." She waved a gloved hand to indicate their current out-of-time situation. "After what I did... everything's different. Sometimes I think it'd be better, if I'd always been this way. Seems unfair, to rip apart someone's life just 'cause they suddenly grow a tail or... or you know, other stuff. Maybe if I hadn't had a life to begin with I wouldn't miss it so much."

It was most unlike her, and Raven had even surprised herself that way. Normal, she was...hardly the talkative sort. But, while the mood struck her, she'd play it out. "Ah...I think I might have an idea of what you're talking about, there," she murmured, meditatively. " It happens. Trust me, though...if it's any consolation, I'm sure whatever situation you've had is not as weird as mine. Though I probably complain about it too much, from time to time."

Rogue glanced at Raven, unconsciously twining her arms around herself. It was a habitual gesture, now. She wanted to protest, to one-up and validate her own pain and anger, but she suddenly realized it was pointless. Even if she was still miserable, and would be forever.
"Yeah, well, I'm not fighting anyone, I guess."
But she'd never love anyone, either.

Raven tried to resign herself to the misfortunes, injustices and just plain wrong facts of life every day. That way she'd never be disappointed, and she tended to see others who didn't see it that way as rather naive. It was her way of coping, even if it didn't work for everybody.
"Good to hear it," Raven said, drily as ever. "Let's hope it stays that way." She herself furiously denied any allegations that she would ever be in love...they were just different that way, probably.
