John smiled, the wrinkles that had wormed their way in to his skin only managed to make him seem more genuine.
He knew that Laszlo had issues even speaking about where he came from, so to hear him want to make a stop there meant something important. Who was John to question it?
"Of course."

"It doesn't have to be a long stay," he said quickly. "We can move on to somewhere else after that."
So, it was going to happen. Back...to Dracheheim. The thought both terrified and excited him.

"We can stay as long as you want" John shrugged "a day or a month, it's up to you."

He laughed nervously.
"John! A month is far too long! There's other places to go, too."

He chuckled and looked across at Marie, who seemed very interested in their conversation "Marie have you spoken to Lost since you've been home?"

Marie nodded, quietly excited for Laszlo "Sure, but she seems even more quiet than usual. Especially since Mr. Dawson hasn't been comin' around lately."
Marie liked Mr. Dawson, but she knew he had blood on his hands and a lot of it. But he didn't scare her. She wasn't sure why.

László still didn't quite know what to make of Lost, and seeing her only that once hadn't helped his confusion. Then again, it was just one of those things that you got used to living in Paris.

John turned to Laszlo noting his expression "I'm sorry you haven't gotten a chance to really meet the poor girl, she spends most of her time locked away these days, she's-" he lowered his voice, "-much like I am, only she can't generally control it."
((I should really contact Brandi on facebook and ask if I couldn't steal poor Lost who's been wandering the airs of nothing since she left XD))

Marie wondered if she should tell her father about what she'd been seeing.
She knew that he'd understand, but she was afraid he'd want her to reign it in; which was not something she'd planned on doing any time soon.
She looked down at her plate.
I wonder whats taking her so long?

"It's okay," László said, giving him a reassuring smile.
"Really. I just get unnerved when someone seems like they're a ghost."

With Zachaire in tow, Treszka called out into the house.
"Marie! I want you to meet someone!"

John laughed "Sure."
If only you knew
He looked up as Treszka came back in, a young man following in suit.

((So I made a bunch of Alexis Bledel avatars, thought I'd share em with you. Here you go!. Hopefully it's public, it's a new photobucket account XD)) Marie looked up and smiled. Well he was cute, but Marie could tell by the way Treszka was holding his hand that he was long since taken. She stood up from the table very casually, but with a little bit of those manners they were trying to teach her at school "Who's this?" she asked with an all knowing grin.

"Everyone, this is Zachaire. We've been meeting for a while now but before, I...ah. Well, I didn't have anyone to introduce him to until now."
She could feel her cheeks reddening as she acknowledged her aloneness. If only she could introduce Zachaire to her father...
She sighed.

Sensing her unhappiness, he gave her hand a reassuring squeeze before giving the others a formal bow.
"Greetings. I must say that anyone who is a friend of Treszka must be a wonderful person indeed."
