"N-no...really?"
Not that he spent a lot of time here, and when he was here, he was usually being secretive about it.

Her eyebrow remained high "Yessir, they're mostly drunk hitting on ballerinas much too young for them, but they're here, or at their apartment. You see a couple years ago, Mozart got married to some woman, she disappeared and left them at her home. Now he and Beethoven spend half their time there, here, or out drinking."
She smiled "Like I said, I've met them."

"Oh my god," he said, then reddened when he realized what he sounded like.
"Uh, I mean...that's cool."

Isa laughed "You knoooow, with your voice, it's not exactly opera, but-" she thought about it for a moment "I could introduce you too Wolfgang at least, he apparently wants to, as he said 'jump my cushy bones" she blushed.

He laughed, then waaggled his eyebrows.
"One can't resist a nurse. Haven't you heard of naughty nurses?"

"I have and I've seen them" she laughed "some nurses back in the war couldn't help themselves, cut off from their men, with a bunch of rough and rowdy sailors, welllll-" she shrugged "I was never the type, thank you very much."

"I suppose you wouldn't find uniforms sexy if you had to wear one all the time, yourself." He teased.

Isa looked at Laszlo with that sort of motherly smile that she was famous for and laughed "And if I was in anyway interested in women, but I'm afraid I'm not, and I'm afraid I've got to start with the lessons." She stood up and opened the door, Hazel was spinning about the room singing a song from a musical and Isa laughed "excuse me Ms. Diva, could you hand me those papers?"

Hazel looked up with a blush and nodded, running to get the papers, she tripped over her own foot, catching herself before grabbing them.
"S-sorry."

Musicals, that much more modern concept, was something he was familiar with--theater had something of a boom in his country, and not all of it was dedicated solely to opera.
"Hey, was that song from The Secret Garden?"

"That was playing last I was back home. After that they were going to have..."
He trailed off when the realization hit him, and he started to laugh.
"...The Phantom of the Opera."

Isa smiled and lowered her voice as Hazel had gone back to singing and dancing "Oh yes, and the movie with Lon Cheney in it was to die for."

"Ohhh, there's been lots more movies since that one..."
He shook his head.
"This place really amazes me. Ah! So, er...about the singing. I know I'm not opera material, but I'm not sure just what you'd call me."
((I don't know why, considering that Leto CAN sing, but I imagine László's voice to be more like Ville Valo than like his avatar's.))

Isa smiled "I imagine you probably come from a time far ahead of my own" she leaned against the wall "for the music we had when I was growing up, you fit absolutely no where. But there is something I've been researching, a music that wont become popular until about the 50's I think. I'm sure you've heard of it, rock n' roll?"
