Just made Myspace account. Currently very amused by the sheer volume of animated vampire adverts you get on the sidebars. Currently looking up people who will do for friends. I wonder what Armand goes by online. He can't be that hard to find. He's probably got a couple hundred videos of himself up, all you-can't-see-my-face in dark lighting, a crescent moon of cheekbone and forehead, framed by curls, a big doe-eye and that will be about it. The comments page alone should be telling. And I do debate spamming Lestat with comments. It's really too tempting.
How in the hell do you put in pictures, anyway? I've seen everyone do it and I can't bloody well figure it out.

(( Oh come on. At least get him a facebook page. ))

(( WELL FINE!
...actually, I was thinking Nicolas is probably the sort of person who goes out and gets an account on everything - all the versions of LJ, myspace, facebook, and so on, that there have ever been, and then posts on each rapidly, and checks them frequently, and updates constantly like a madman, and then forgets them long enough to lose count of his passwords.))

(( Heh. Yes. I always imagined Lestat must do something very similar. ))

First of all, stop encouraging the matter on my page. I detest Daniel imposters, and would like to run him off.
Secondly, don't you dare tell Lestat I said that. Not that you would speak to him, hmm?

Why do think it's a Daniel imposter? And what is terribly wrong with a Daniel imposter anyway?
You know, I was rather enamored of an Armand imposter for a while ago. She's quite dead now, but that is beside the point.
Oh, Armand, you might as well be telling me you dare me. Couldn't you have chosen better wording? Or was that your intention? Do you suppose Lestat has a Myspace? I've never bothered to try and find a real Lestat. I wouldn't have wanted to and so I never looked seriously. But now it's so tempting. You know, I think he could use the encouragement from someone who is usually so critical.

I don't like any of the mortals who pretend to be one of us. And of course it's an imposter; why would Daniel contact me now? Or at all?
Were you? Tell me why.
Lestat never needs any encouragment. Don't tell him; he doesn't need the swelling of his ego. He knows I love him and that should be enough.

No, I don't think I'm going to tell you why. I'm not in the least bit interested and I don't think that you are either. I suppose you're offended, are you, that she was pretending to be the vampire Armand. In truth, I was pleased when she wasn't. Is that a good enough explanation? It is the most honest I can think of. It's a relief to know there is a lovely young girl at the keyboard, rather than you, who are only a mimicry of youth and no longer remotely resemble except in flesh and stolen blood.

Oh, how unkind. Are you offended now? I think you are. Is it because I said I loved Lestat? How can you expect me not to? No one can resist Lestat. Not even you.

It has nothing whatsoever to do with Lestat. Do you think everything has to do with Lestat? You start to be demanding about Agota when you have no right and you think only of Lestat when I refuse.

Call it force of habit, Nicolas- when I knew you years ago you cared little for anyone else. But you're right; it was presumptious of me to assume that hadn't changed. I had thought your off-hand mention of this girl expected comment in an equally casual way. I'm sorry if I stirred unpleasant memories.

I did not care little for you, Armand. Do you remember that, if you ever knew it?
Would you really like to know? I'll tell you, if you wish. She was pretending to be you, after all, so you have the right to know, don't you?

It depends on whether or not you'd like to tell me.

You are always so ambiguous. I don't want to tell you unless you would like to know. If you would like to know, I would like to tell you. If you wouldn't, I would find the idea repugnant. Are we at a standstill?

Do you want an honest answer or would you like more ambiguously unoffensive words?
