"When the night is right and the rewards good, any amount of trouble is worth dealing with," Smiling knowingly, he turned to the strange girl. He shook his head with a laugh, "Forgive my manners, it seems I haven't actually introduced myself yet."
He bowed with a flourish that only a true Italian man could pull off, "Ezio Auditore da Firenze."

She bowed in return.
"Michelle Tan. I must say, that's an impressive name you have there."

Ezio smiled charmingly as he straightened, "I am an impressive man." He took a step forward raising his hand in a gesture towards Michelle, "It's just how your name speaks of your beauty."

She couldn't quite keep a tiny grin from appearing on her face.
"Is Michelle particularly lovely? Much like an Ezio is handsome?"

"Indeed. Though it would test the boundaries of my humility to say as much about my own name, I find Michelle to be particularly lovely."
Ezio reached up and pulled back his hood so his face was no longer shadowed by it, "I suppose I will simply have to trust your judgement."

Well. She wasn't wrong, then--he was handsome. Quite so. Not she really went looking, since her line of work didn't have a lot of room for that kind of thing, but it was nice to run into once in a while.
"I'm not wrong, then. I guess I have good intuition."

"A good intuition is a good thing to have... In any line of work." He cocked his head to the side, "Would you mind me asking what line of work you're in?"

She grinned.
"Bounty hunter. Mostly monsters."

"Interesting," Ezio's grin matched hers, "And are you good at this job?"

"Not a single one of them have gotten away yet." She said, somewhat smugly. But if she did say so herself, she was allowed to be a bit smug about it.

"Impressive," Ezio said, "I cannot profess to having hunted monsters before, to be truthful. The type of monsters one would meet where I am from walk on two legs."

"I've done that. Well, I used to. But strange circumstances put me in this new position."

"It seems I am facing such strange circumstances myself. As far as I've seen my enemies don't exist here, and neither do my allies. I know that I don't belong here, but that is all," He turned his head back, indicating where he had come from, "I am actually to leave sometime in the near future. I have met some people who claim help is waiting for me in some other country."

"I know that feeling. I don't really belong here, either."
She glanced around at the cityscape.
"I'm from somewhere so different that it's hard to describe."

Ezio couldn't help but chuckle at that, "I must agree on that one. My own hometown wasn't quite so... bright as all this." What was it... electricity? He did just fine with candles and sunlight, thank you very much.
