"Fish is so temperamental when cooking, I can imagine why he would be."

Yaoya paused to try a couple spoonfuls of the soup.
"Oh, sometimes. But if done right, you bring out the flavor wonderfully.
Speaking of flavor, this is really good."

"Isn't it?" He smiled charmingly "Eat it up, you're skin and bones."

"I am not!" She said with a laugh, and tore off a bit of bread to daintily dip it into the soup.

"I can't imagine living in a big house with servants and gardens and beautiful silk clothes." She said, thinking of the aristocrats back home.
"The ladies had such wonderful kimonos." She sighed.

"Oh it's nice, but oh so very boring" he leaned forward "I could buy you one of those beautiful kimonos if you'd like."

She blinked, then laughed.
"Oh, don't tease! Real silk kimonos are expensive!"
