"For starters? Picking up my dress."

"Always with that dress of yours," he sighed. "Fine. I'll have someone retrieve your beloved dress. And then?"

"Then we'll talk," she replied simply.

"And I suppose we'll converse of the finer things in life over a nice spot of tea?" he asked dryly.

"I suppose," she said with a shrug.

"Oh, I wouldn't miss that for the world," he quipped, rolling his eyes towards the ceiling. "On second thought...why don't we go into town ourselves to retrieve your dress?"
It was obvious he had something...devious in mind.

Her patience was wearing thin and it was evident on her face.
"How about you call for your valet," she said flatly, her tone making it obvious that it wasn't a request.
Through all of this, she wanted to make one thing clear: she had sex with him. Not the other way around.

"How about I don't?" he replied, crossing his arms.
The slight grimace on his face seemed to substantiate the fact that he didn't particularly enjoy this reversal of power.

"I don't think you understand," she said. She stood up and walked over to him. "I can leave any time I wish. That isn't the issue. Calling your valet up here just so happens to be the easiest an least painful way for you. I'm doing you a favour."
She stopped, leaving a few feet between them. It wasn't an invite to come closer. In fact, it was the exact opposite.
"I'm done playing. I think it's time for you to choose, Mister North."

His gaze darkened and he looked her over disdainfully.
"In my home, Miss Howard, we abide by my rules."

Sydney felt annoyance creeping quickly through her and soon, the energy had made it to her limbs.
With little warning, she swiftly elbowed him with a vicious upwards motion that caught his nose and forced his head backwards. She then kicked him behind the knees which forced them to buckle and him to fall on the floor. Once down on his knees, Sydney seized him by angrily by his hair.
"This is what you want, isn't it?" she hissed, pulling his hair and forcing his head further back.

He wouldn't allow her the pleasure of thinking that her physical prowess somehow gave her the upper hand. He smiled haughtily through the waves of pain that coursed through his face and his legs, with the knowledge that he would have her head should he somehow emerge from this...affair in any way disfigured.
"It's precisely what I want."

She brought herself close enough so that her lips were touching his ear.
"I once traveled from Hong Kong to Macau..." she said, considerably louder than the expected whisper.
With the hand that was free, she picked up his discarded neck tie and wrapped it around his eyes as a blindfold.
"...In nothing but lingerie, fishnets, a trench coat," she said and tightly tied the blindfold as if to punctuate the end of her sentence.
Immediately after, the room fell silent.

At length, he replied in a slight murmur, "I can't begin to imagine why you couldn't travel everywhere like that."

But there was no reply.
If he were to have undone his blindfold and looked about, he would've found that the room was empty and largely unchanged, save for the window on the other side of the bed which was slightly ajar.
