*Emily bounced onto the stage and sang "We're Not Gonna Take It" by Twisted Sister, grinning brightly.*

Good singer. Decent actor. No sense of propriety.
"Thank you. Next?"

***POSTING AS EMILY***
*Emily dashed off stage into the wings, donning a hat, dark sunglasses, glittery tap shoes and a fake moustache. She returned and began singing and dancing a routine to Bushel and a Peck.*

*Comes up to sing*
I'd like to swim in a clear blue stream Where the water is icy cold. Then go to town In a golden gown, And have my fortune told. Just once, Just once, Just once before I'm old.
I'd like to be not evil, But a little worldly wise. To be the kind of girl designed To be kissed upon the eyes.
I'd like to dance till two o'clock, Or sometimes dance till dawn, Or if the band could stand it, Just go on and on and on Just once, Just once, Before the chance is gone!
I'd like to waste a week or two And never do a chore. To wear my hair unfastened So it billows to the floor.
To do the things I've dreamed about But never done before! Perhaps I'm bad, or wild, or mad, With lots of grief in store, But I want much more than keeping house! Much more! Much more! Much more!

Emily: Totally insane. A good quality for theater.
Christine: Much too nice. Will never get anywhere.

IRENE
*Performs an aria from the last Opera she was in*
SATAN
Irene: Very talented. Unfortunatley, my son would mess up her rehearsals.

*Alandra bounced in, leading Leonidas to the stage.*
"This is where the opera's are staged. Oh look! They are auditioning."

*Leonidas studied the architecture for a moment and turned to her cautiously, brow raised.*
"So this is like theater? Greek theater?"

*Alandra bit on her lip and thought for a moment.*
"Ehm, I think so. Only the actors don't just say their lines, sometimes they sing them. And there's ballet, which is the best part of the opera if you ask me.''
*Alandra spotted a script lying on a nearby chair and picked it up. She didn't recognize the opera, perhaps it was new.*
"They're going to stage something called 300, sounds nice."

*Leonidas's brow furrowed.*
"You're not going to tell me that the boy-lovers' art blossomed into something that one must see in this city, and yet the name of Sparta seems unknown."
What sad times are these...

((*mumbles something about Spartans being as gay as Athenians*))
*Alandra wondered what he meant with 'boy-lovers' when she spotted something in the script that made her smile. She looked up to Leonidas .*
"Well apparently the name of Sparta is not unknown."
*She handed him the script.*
"Look it's about Sparta. Isn't that wonderful? A opera about your country."

*Leonidas's gaze grew stern as he took the script. He read over it slowly. At first he was thankful that the gods had given him the gift of tongues, as it was not written in his native language, but gradually he changed his mind.*
"What is this? A mockery? A farce?"
*He looked...perplexed.*

*Alandra was surprised that Leonidas didn't seem to like the script.*
"Ehm, no sir. At least I don't think so. It looks like a real production. Why do you ask?"
