*She shivered. While she was utterly terrified, there was still that bizarre feeling that Hyde always seemed to instill in her. As though, inspite of herself, she felt drawn.*
"I'm gonna sit 'ere an' 'ope somebody comes to th' library." She said weekly, out of anything witty to say.

"Well I suppose that's all you can do."
*He leaned in close to her and breathed down her neck.*
"I'd hope really hard if I was you."
*He suddenly felt a bit unsure of himself. He hadn't quite thought things out beyond getting her in the closet. He had felt sure they would get caught by someone. Well, he might as well try flirting or something.
Edward ran his fingers gently down her back, wondering if he was still able to elicit a response from her. If all went well and they weren't discovered, maybe he could have some fun.*

*Flinching at the touch, she retreated away from him as far as the closet would allow, which wasn't very far at all. She soon found her back to the wall*
"D-don't touch m-me."

*Edward resisted the urge to chuckle, guessing it would only make her more nervous, and she was no fun when she was nervous. He followed her up to the wall, leaning on her to breathe in her face.*
"But I like to touch you."

"Ya make my skin crawl, yeh beast! Don't do it again!"
*The threat was rather empty, as Lucy had no actual idea as to what she'd DO to him if it came down to that*

"Do what? Oh, that. Well, we'll just have to see about it, won't we?."
*He pushed himself closer against her and swept the hair away from her face. He leaned in closer and kissed her hard on the lips. Then he leant back a little, licked his lips, and waited to see what she'd do next. If it was more protesting or threats, he might just leave her alone in the closet. After all, she was no fun if she was too upset to care.*

*She tried to shove him away when he got closer, but he was a lot stronger and she felt herself unable to move as he forced a kiss on her. She squirmed, trying to get away, until stopped and paused.
Glaring, she managed to free one hand and slapped him*
"I said NO!"

*He rubbed the place where she had slapped him and glared back. He wasn't sure if he was going to leave her after all. Now she was hurting him, and he wanted revenge. He looked around the cramped closet for something he could use to tie her hands together. It wouldn't do to have her slapping him again. He ripped a long string off a mop and roughly bound her hands, then shoved her against the wall and began to push her down toward the floor.*
"I think you'll soon find, Ms Harris, that it was a very bad idea to slap me. Nothing you can do can stop me now."

*It hurt.
That was all he knew, all he'd known for some time. There was something inside him. A side effect from the drug? A withdrawal? That the absence--the banishment--of Hyde should lead to negative symptoms was a surprise. But given the feelings Hyde had aroused in him...
...He would rather not think of that just now.
Something had drawn him here. Inexorably. To Paris, then this neighborhood, this house... He was led into a lush room, but he could not look at anything in it. It reminded him of things he'd rather forget. And he couldn't say why he'd allowed himself to be led here, if indeed it was some external force and not his own weak-willed desires.
How he hated himself.
He refused all refreshment--liquid or female--and prevaricated against their dubious hospitality until he could take it no longer. There was a room he needed. The library, of all places.
The door lay before him, and beyond that, the source of... of something. He had to know what lay beyond. It reminded him, absurdly, of his laboratory door, though the reason escaped him. Perhaps the fever which had overtaken him with Hyde's leaving had not truly left him.
Nevertheless, he was here. He reached out suddenly and wrenched it open, his mouth falling open in shock at what lay on the other side.*
"You!"
((1. You can hate me now. But I'll delete this and do it later, if you ask me to. If you need warning. 2. No, I've no idea what I'm doing.))

*Edward turned away from Lucy and blinked in the suddenly bright light streaming in from the open door. As soon as his vision adjusted, however, he was treated to a surprise he had hoped he would never get.*
"You!"
*He pushed himself to his feet and stared at the figure in the doorway, all thoughts of Lucy suddenly gone.*
"What the hell are you doing here?"
((Oh my God, you actually did it. Personally, I don't hate you, and I'm sure Lucy wouldn't. You know, if she was real. Anyway, this was a rather interesting time to walk in. I have no idea what you're doing either. Or what I plan to do, actually.))

*When she'd been tied up and then hurled to the floor, she knew that this was the end of it. Stupid of her, to think she could escape that life she'd tried to leave behind in London. She should've known that it would catch up to her eventually, no matter how far she roamed.
What she did not expect to see was another familiar face from her past, one that she'd been sure she'd never see again, but for a different than Mr. Hyde.*
"Henry!" She cried, the whirl of emotions in her head filling that name, foremost of which was love*

"Lucy," *Jekyll breathed, stunned for a moment but in a totally different fashion from his shock at seeing Hyde.
Which was impossible. Which meant this wasn't happening.*
"I'm dreaming."
*He blinked. No, he wasn't. At least, if he was, it was the same sort of dream he'd had when he was Hyde. Which had not been a dream after all.*
"Let her go," *he said, with more command than he felt.*

*Edward stared back at Henry, still in shock and trying to figure out what in the world was going on. Right now he didn't particularly care what happened to Lucy, she could fall down and die for all he cared. What he was interested in was finding out how it was possible to be looking at Jekyll without being him and looking in a mirror. And now he was confusing himself, so he decided to stop thinking and shove Lucy forward.*
"Here, take her. I don't care right now. What are you doing here? How can I be looking at you without being you? I don't get it."

*Relieved at being out of Hyde's clutches, she clung to Henry, trying to still her shaking and put on a brave face. It was difficult, however.*
