"You're terrible," *Dorian informed him, but he didn't sound too angry anymore. He seemed almost pleased. Impressed.*
"I like you."

That surprised a laugh out of Armand. "I'm glad," he said, and he sounded geniune. A smile curved over his lips. "I like you better with a spoiled shirt."

*Dorian scowled at him, though there was more humor and less anger this time.*
"Touche."

Armand continued to smile at him, although it had faded from a geniunely pleased one to, again, smugness. "Although it would have been more complete if I'd shoved you out into the storm instead- "

"I don't think that will be necessary," *he said quickly.* "The damage is done.*
*His grin grew wicked.*
"Though you could sit in my lap again, if you like."

Armand looked thoughtful. "But really it's only your shirt that's soaked; the rest of you is just damp- "
"Mhm. Didn't have enough time to enjoy it the first time around, did you?"

"Well, you hardly gave me the opportunity."
*Dorian knew very well that his teasing would get him nowhere with this vampire, but he couldn't resist trying.*

"Well, you see, that makes sense. As I wasn't doing it for your enjoyment."

"How selfish of you," *he said with a terribly disappointed sigh.*

"I-" Armand wasn't quite sure what to say to that. "As you say." He cast about for a moment, for something to say. "Ah- "

*Dorian grinned."
"Cat got your tongue," *he asked with a raised eyebrow.* "So... have you stopped in to visit my friend Daniel? I assume you haven't as he hasn't panicked and left the city."

Armand regarded Dorian coolly, his expression abruptly closing off. "That's for him to tell you, isn't it?" he asked, tilting his head to the side.
Bam- there it was. Armand was such a fool. He shouldn't just trust Dorian's words, he should go find Daniel and find out for himself exactly what was going on, but...it was things like this that made him hesitate.

"So you haven't."
*He could tell from his expression- or lack thereof, that he hadn't.*
"And after all that trouble you went through to get his location from me."

Armand smiled faintly. "And you? I take it you haven't told him that I am back in Paris and looking for him. Or that we've met. Are you trying to prevent him from running away? Or are you merely loathe to tell him you were the one who disclosed his location?"

"Well, either way, if I tell him I lose a good fuck," *he said, relishing the vulgarity of the phrase and hoping to make Armand twitch.*
