"Not often, like I said, mom doesn't really think it's safe."

He raised his eyebrows with a smirk "Like with you?"

"Wa...well...yes." She said, reddening a bit.

Then he understood.
He cursed himself for having the mind of a teenage boy, his ego had once believed he was above that.
"Okay, well, let's call it a date then?"
He liked Yaoya, but maybe because she was the first girl he'd met that was his age in a long time, but he liked her. Plus she'd all ready made him dinner once, that was like an official first date anyway right?

She couldn't quite keep herself from flashing him a huge smile.
"Wonderful! When, do you think? What would be a good time?"
A...date! Like she'd heard other girls at the fair talk about! She was already feeling a rush of excitement at the prospect.

"I'll meet you here at 8am Thursday, it's the only day mom and dad give me off" he laughed "if that's okay with you?"
((I'd love for a thread with her and Aideen after this, although the thread is basically dead, Aideen's boyfriend is basically dead now. She needs some interaction and young love is so her thing XD))

"Oh, that's perfect. I don't have shows until the evening."
A...breakfast date! That was more novel, wasn't it? She usually heard about people going out to lunch or dinner.
((Aww, yeah, we can have her chat with Aideen. Aideen's like that only other person Yaoya knows right now.))

He grinned "How about I do these dishes for you, you went through all the trouble to make the food, I want to do my part."

She smiled at him. In fact, she wondered if she could stop smiling. Not that she wanted to right now.
"That would be wonderful...and fair." She said, chuckling. "I'll put away the left-overs."

Dick stood up with a quick bounce and started gathering up the plates.
The one good thing about growing up in the circus, he could balance plates better than the most experienced waitress.

"I should see your act sometime." She said, watching him with the plates.

"It's nothing spectacular" he said with true modesty "my parents are good."
He placed the plates on the side of the sink and turned the water on "Me I just roll around and smile."

She playfully bopped him on the shoulder.
"Oh, but acrobatics takes skill! I couldn't do it."
