*Wild looked interested up at him. He was different from other adults she had met. Not brutal or violent. He seemed to be more like Father Joseph, friendly and kind.*
"Yes, that is correct. Because of my lifestyle."

"Your father named you" he touched the king of cups and closed his eyes "he liked Wildfeather but you always asked to be called by Wild, he was a great man, good despite all the evil around." He pulled another card and set it down next to the king he smiled as he opened his eyes "the queen of cups, your mother she loved emotion."
He pulled a last card and finished the set, but before he spoke he realized that he had pulled two cards and laughed. "Very rarely does this happen, you have two cards, the seven of wands and the queen of wands, how fortunate. You are going through much right now-" he reached out and touched her hand and touched the cards "-you don't know if you belong here in the human world, but you want people to pay attention to you, so you use the passion your mother taught you. But you haven't figured out how to do it right just yet."

*Wild looked up at him, embarrassed. He was right about everything he had said.*
"Every word you have said about me is true. I really AM all that. Do you think I will ever learn to use the passion my mother taught me?"

He shuffled her cards back in to the deck and pulled out the fool "Luckily my dear it is upright, but crooked. Have courage and learn from everything, you're childishness and recklessness could cause you trouble if you don't pay attention. You are young and you've got many years to learn, but if you do not begin to change now you will loose that passion."

*Wild listened serious.*
"I'll do my best, but with my temper, I really can't guarantee anything. Do you see anything else for me in there? In the future?"

"I-" he looked down "-I can not see the future, I can only give you advice on what the cards say and what I read from you" he squeezed her hand "I do know however you will learn to control your temper."
His bright blue eyes barreled in to Wild's.
Amras stood in the door way holding little Marie, she may have been eight years old, but she was the size of a five year old. He could not help but remember the day John had read for him. He had a vision in the middle of it all that showed him all of Amras's life. He told him that his job in life was to help lost souls on the path of life. He hadn't believed him, but it soon became apparent that people seemed to flock to him, people who had no place to go, people that were confused. He hated it. But they always found their path and left him to his.

*Wild sat there for a while, allowing his words to sink in, thinking over what he had said. For some reason, things seemed so much more clear for her now.
A smile slowly lit up her face. Wild seldom smiled this genuine smile she did right now. This smile started slowly at the corners of her mouth, then her face brightened up like a rising sun - and then the smile reached her eyes, lighting stars in them. Wild was never as beautiful as when she smiled this smile. And this was the smile she gave John right now.
Wild stood up softly and straightened her dress.*
"If you'll excuse me," *She said mildly.* "I have some domestic chores to do."

Amras smiled at his old friend as Wild stood up "Thank you so much Wild" he walked over to them and Marie reached out and grabbed on to Wild taking her in to a hug.

*Wild smiled mildly and lifted Marie up and gave her a big, warm hug.*
"You'll be OK, kiddo. You just wait and see."
*She sat the little girl down again and pulled up her sleeves, ready to get the chores done. There was a lot to do, but Wild was an unusually strong woman.
A few hours later the house was shining. Even the cracks in the walls and ceilings where gone. All the clothes were washed, ironed and mended, there was warm, delicious and nutricious food on the table, and Wild was walking around in the house, busy with curing the sick people from their diseases.*

John walked up behind Wild and touched her shoulder with tears in his eyes "I'm so glad Amras found you" he turned to looked at Amras who was talking to an old man and laughing "whenever he comes here he boosts these peoples spirits so high. It's like a rainbow shining in doors, although he can be a terrible jerk and I'm sorry that he lied to you by bringing you here but he only did what he thought was best, you understand of course."

*Wild smiled shyly. She wasn't used to someone being glad for her existence, and she simply didn't know how to react.*
"I am glad he brought me here. When he found me in the church I was the saddest and most miserable wreck of a person you could ever find. I felt that I didn't belong anywhere, and it didn't help that the one person I felt safe with in the world abandoned me because of something terrible I did."
*She looked up at him, with tears in her eyes, and spoke silently.*
"In only a couple of minutes Amras made me understand that my people are missing me, even looking for me. He told me I was not the only one of my kind left in the world - and filled my heart with hope again. And he claimed that the terrible thing I did made me a hero in his eyes.
Then he takes me here, and not only do I receive a friendly and heartwarming welcome, but also valuable information about my parents, and the pleasure of helping people in need. Thank you."

"That's what Amras does" John laughed "it's his destiny."
And without warning he took Wild in to his arms and held her as a father would "What you've done today, would have taken me years to finish. You truly don't know what you have done for me and for all of us today."

*Wild blushed and hid her face against his chest, a bit embarrassed by her own softness, but still smiling.*
"I only wish I could have done more."
*She said quietly.*

"No, no you've done so much all ready!" He placed his arms on her shoulders and leaned her forward so he could look in to her face "You've given everyone here hope, as we have given you hope" he placed his hand in his pocket and took out a small billfold "I don't have much, but- please take this and donate it to the church."

*Wild looked up at him with a warm smile as she gently took his offer. For once in her life she wanted to try out some White Magic. She touched his hand gently.*
"Thank you for your offer to the church. What you are giving to these people, you will receive in tenfolds."
