She looked over her shoulder, feeling guilty, already feeling panic pushing at the inside of her mind. She couldn't find words to answer him.
But he'd make her promise of she stayed silent.

She'd wanted to urge that she wasn't comfortable with this physical element they'd progressed to, but she'd said it too late. It seemed now she couldn't take how far they had gone and anything up to and including that was fair game. Which meant anything was, really. She focused on the pressure he was putting on her holding her rigid to keep herself from crying.

She gazed back at him too long, then nodded, and made her way down the stairs at an even pace. Too fast, and he'd suspect she was fleeing.
