Christian just stood with his mouth open. His Bella was hurt? He rushed to Bella's side. "Please, wake up."
She awakened and Christian sighed with relief and smiled.

"Are you sure you don't need to go to the infirmary?" Syd asked. Bella nodded and she sighed of relief...
"What were you doing back here?" She asked in a rather abrasive tone.

Sydney studied her for a brief moment...she sensed a bit of deception but decided not to push the matter.

Christian caught Bella as she fell and gently stroked her hair. Then he pulled her close and stated, "I could never forgive myself if you were hurt."

Christian caught her again. He grinned. "You're probably exhausted from all you've been through. I'd walk you to your room but for the fear that you might catch ill." Christian sighed.
