Full Name: Reed Richards
Alias: Mr. Fantastic, "Stretch", Dr. Reed Richards, The Invincible Man, etc.
Fandom: POTO, original, other (specify)? The Fantastic Four (Marvel Verse Earth 616)
Age: 40's. But he always look's... youngly old.
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 180
Build: Malleable
Hair: Brunette with white streaks
Eyes: Brown
Nationality: American
Job: Scientist/ Engineer/ Mathematician/ Physicist/ Super Hero
Personality: Reed is an intellectual, and lives up to the stereotypes that come with it. He can easily grow obsessed with an issue and is more often than not intrigued by the scientific implications of a problem, so much so that he almost forgets there is a problem in the first place.
Outwardly he's an extremely likable man, with a continuous smile on his face. Inwardly, he's troubled, falling in to deep depressions over unresolved issues and, as usual with people of his mental state, over things that he can't fix himself.
He's a humanitarian in the purest sense of the word. Because of this, he finds himself making rash and sometime seemingly insane decisions.
It's hard for him to explain himself to the others, or to anyone as it is. He simply can't "dumb it down" enough for anyone to fully understand what he's thinking. And there are times that he believes, he shouldn't have to which causes him to sometimes come off as cold and distant.
"Sure, his obsession with science sometimes comes at the detriment of his family life, but a kinder and nobler hero you'll rarely find."
Life Story (as much as you want us to know): Reed Richards was a child prodigy and the only son of Evelyn and Nathaniel Richards (a genius in his own right) of Central City, California. He enrolled in college by the time he was 14 and had graduated with multiple degrees from multiple colleges by the time he was 20.
He met Benjamin Grimm at State University, a man who would eventually become his best friend and pilot of a space craft he was designing to travel in hyperspace.
While attending the Colombia University in Manhattan (age 19) he rented a room from the aunt of a young girl named Susan Storm, who at the time was 13 years old, and had fallen desperately in love with him. Although he moved on at the time, he and her would become very close in the later years and would eventually marry and have a child. During this time he also met a young man named Victor Von Doom, a man whom he found could match him intellectually, but not his passion. Doom found Richards frustrating and became increasingly jealous of him, claiming Richards was his ultimate rival. Because of this, Doom began conducting experiments that he believed would prove to the world that he was better. But it was these experiments that would be his downfall. In an unfortunate accident, Doom managed to scar himself terribly (This of course was the beginning of the end for Victor Von Doom, he soon became Dr. Doom the supervillian with an undying hatred for Reed Richards.)
After working with the military (once finishing Harvard at 22) he began funding his project for the hyperspace vehicle which he wanted to take to "Mars and beyond." Things of course started going bad once the government started threatening to pull their funding from his project. Reed, having all ready exhausted his sources, along with Susan Storm' and Ben Grimm's, decided, along with the help of his friends (and Susan's younger brother Johnny) to sneak in to the area in which the ship was being held and take it up on it's first planned flight.
And the rest they say is history.
