Full Name: Dorian Red Gloria, Earl Of Gloria
Fandom: POTO, original, other (specify)? From Eroica With Love
Age: 21
Height: 6'3''... with boots on.
Build: Dial L for "lissome". While still fairly muscular.
Hair: Golden blond and... big.
Eyes: A very bright blue.
Nationality: English.
Job: ...art thief, duh.
Personality: "Flamboyant" would be the most obvious observation to make about Dorian, which seems incongruous with a hardened criminal and gang leader, even one who leaves coy calling-cards. But the way he behaves himself is a symptom of a greater obsession with beauty, in persons, objets d'art , and clothing. He abhors theft for money's sake, but rather sees it as taking what hew ants -- passion for a particular beautiful thing overwhelms respect for commonly-understood concepts of property and ownership, or whatever the beautiful thing in question has to say on the matter. Some of his behavior is deliberately affected, a proudly raised middle finger to an establishment that fears and disparages him, but some of it is just eccentric as fuck. He's been known to tease and be deliberately antagonistic, but hey. He kids because he loves.
Life Story (as much as you want us to know):
Dorian was the firstborn son in a family of English aristocrats.
. After the birth of a male heir, his father's male "friends" became more numerous and their visits more frequent. Perhaps understandably, Dorian's mother wasn't thrilled, but she made the homophobic element of her disapproval quite clear. As his father's "only ally in a houseful of women", Dorian was introduced to these friends fairly early on -- in Dorian's words, "they taught me a lot -- both good and bad." When he was 13, his parents divorced, his mother taking his three older sisters with her.
He discovered his talents as a thief fairly early on, another socially-unacceptable habit affectionately encouraged by his father. After sleeping with a family friend in exchange for a particularly beloved painting -- and receiving only a forgery -- he made up his mind to make his first heist, of the real painting, solo, and failed catastrophically. Fortunately he's gotten a lot of practice since then, keeping it up through his teenage years and assembling a team of like-minded associates. Now he has all the time in the world to devote to doin' what he wo'. Which is stealing your stuff.
