"What do you mean?"

"Well, if you perhaps got a bump on your dear head, I could take care of it--you would be as good as new, as the saying goes."

"No I mean... well of course you could" he sighed, there was something terribly wrong going on here. This wasn't his Sarah, she hit her head he knew it, and it didn't seem as though he was going to convince her to see a doctor.
Through it all however, something seemed familiar in her way of speaking and it was starting to bug him.

She frowned prettily, and walked up to him, placing a concerned hand on his arm.
"Are you well?"

"No" he said seriously "and neither are you."

"What do you mean? I'm perfectly all right! In fact, I don't think I've felt this good for a long time."
Distantly, she wondered how she'd gotten here, not remembering the trip to the room.

"Listen Sarah please, I followed you to the roof, when I got up there, you were passed out and I brought you down here" he responded as if reading her mind "you had to have hit your head when you fell. Everything's very strange and your hair- your hair is all white."

"Just because someone has fainted, doesn't mean they've hit their head." She said matter-of-factly.
"It could be any number of others things. Besides, my hair is been slowly going white! I should think you'd have noticed."

"Well yes, but now it's all white and it's.. I don't know."
He walked past her looking more confused than ever.

"Of course it does dear" he sighed "I'm just afraid you hurt yourself."

She sighed, waggling a finger at him.
"I did not."

He clenched his teeth and turned from her "Just do me a favor" he turned with a smile "just lay down a while hrm? Get some sleep and rest."

A very familiar stubbornness appeared on her now oddly pale features.
"I am not tired. It was why I was up on the roof to begin with."
A glimmer of the old personality peeked through the out-of-place accent.

He sighed "Fine, okay."
