((XD I really love the way you write. "The smell of newly dead orc" will be among my favorite expressions. ;D ))
Helen wrapped her arms around Kiba and hugged him gently, to spare his upset stomach. She was still trembling from the shock, but slowly calming down.
"I think so. Just a bit shaken. Thank you both for being here. Well worked. But from the looks on your faces, I take it the orc blood didn't taste very well. Do you want me to make you some herbal tea that may help you with the nausea?"

"It doesn't," he confirmed. "I'll just drink water. If Tsume wants some, though, he can have it."

Helen turned to Tsume and looked questioningly at him.
"Do you want some tea for your nausea, Tsume?" she asked gently. "And maybe something to brush your teeth?"

"Anything now is going to taste better than that," Tsume said, frowning at the two bodies. "Don't need to brush my teeth, though."

Helen smiled and made a fire. Then she found a clay bowl in her belongings, and used it to heat up some water for Tsume. She took the water away from the fireplace before it started to boil, and mixed some herbs in the water. She stirred the herbs into the water for a while, and they made a reddish color of the tea water, and smelled aromatic. Helen removed the herbs and looked up at Tsume with a smile, offering him the bowl of tea.
"I think one bowl should be enough. I want you to drink it, and then rest for a while, so the herbs can start helping you out. Okay? If you are not better in one hour, let me know, and I will think of something else."

Tsume shrugged and waited a few moments to let the tea cool down.
When he started drinking it, though, the strange taste surprised him. Humans DRANK this stuff?
Still, it DID get the bad taste out of his mouth. He shrugged and finished it off in several minutes, not bothering to lap up the errant bits of boiled plants. "I'm done."

Helen smiled and washed the bowl in a nearby river, before putting it back in her belongings. Then she returned to the wolves and sat down between them.
"Good, Tsume. I have no idea how fast the herbs against nausea will work for wolves. Will you tell me when you start to feel better? Did any of you get any cut wounds or scratches during the fight?"

"I'm fine," Kiba replied. "Tsume?"
"Aside from having to rip that thing's hand off? Nothing's wrong except for remembering how it tastes," he answered, heading over and drinking from the lake.
"We should probably leave," Kiba told Helen. "If we stay here, we might attract more of them."

Helen smiled and stood, ready to leave.
"I am glad you both are unharmed. I was afraid the blood might poison you."
She looked around. The daylight was about to fade away. Soon the night would fall over them.
"Where should we go?" she asked. "I am not familiar to this place."

"Beats me. Maybe farther into the forest?" Tsume suggested to Kiba. "It'll take him a while to find us there."
"Sure. Come on, Helen," Kiba decided, shifting so that the girl could get on his back again.
((Should we post in another thread?))

Helen smiled and climbed onto Kiba's back, wrapping her arms around him. "I am ready when you are," she smiled. ((Sure, please feel free to post anywhere you like. My elves love animals. ))
