*When she spoke again, it was calmer*
"Don't threaten me. That won't help. And won't endear you to the person who would know where to find her..."
*She hesitated, warnings about getting mortals involved and such dealings flashing through her mind*
"...my father."

"...ta--can you take me to him? ...Please. I'll do anything."

"We don't have to leave. I can call him." She bit her lip, thinking.
She hadn't tried to actually get him to show up near her before--if he appeared, it was because it had been his idea.
Father...?

*Tony let go of her and stepped back, well-aware of the fatherly wrath that could surround a daughter at the slightest provocation.*

*There was nothing showy about his appearance--one moment it was just Tony and Treszka, and the next, he was there with them.
He was standing just to the right and back of Treszka, his brow furrowed at the sight of Tony and...
They were in the Hofburg. He fought back his consternation and turned to his daughter*
"Treszka...what's going on here?"

"Monsieur," *Tony managed to bow stiffly.* "I...the circumstances...I must beg that you..."
*He cleared his throat, his voice soft.*
"Teleute. I seek to find her...to speak to her."

*Both eyebrows went up in surprise--he know didn't she'd associated with anyone outside of the supernatural. He threw a glance at Treszka, but for some reason, she wouldn't meet his eyes.
He'd have to talk to her later.
He glanced back at Tony*
"She would be at her own realm now--"
*Treszka quickly cut in before he could question Tony and make things worse*
"--I can take him there."
*She pretended not to see the look her father was giving her.
Der Tod sighed*
"Either of us could bring you there."

*Tony looked at Treszka sharply--it was very near to a glare. --Why had she not said as much before?*
"I would be grateful, Monsieur...if there is anything to be done..."

*Treszka shrunk a bit under the glare, but said nothing.*
"I can bring you there...or, whichever of us you'd prefer." Tod was saying.
Yes, he was definitely having a talk with Treszka later.

"Thank you, monsieur, perhaps it would be best if you...took me. I believe I have imposed upon...your daughter quite enough."

*Once again, she could feel her father's gaze on her, and she did rather well in keeping a neutral expression on her face*
"Yes...I...should be returning to the reception, in any case."
*She gave a stiff nod to Tony*
"Monsieur, I will now take my leave."

*She was gone, just like that, leaving him to wonder.
With a sigh, he turned back to Tony*
"It's relatively simple. Hold my sleeve or an arm, and I can bring you there."

*Tony gripped the other man's arm with some desperate force, nodding.*

*In the blink of an eye, the two of them vanished from the room* ((I'll pull up the relevant thread) )
