Somewhere far from his home...

Normally, when the old skeleton had wandered off from his old home, he would end up in the woods. He had promised himself (and Santa) that he would stay away from the other doors to the other Holiday worlds, only entering the human world when it came to Halloween.
However, after waking up, feeling like every bone he had had broken apart and knit back together all in the span of a couple hours, the thin man sat up in the arms of a statue just outside of a large building that many people seemed to filter in and out of.
Groaning, he looked around at his surroundings, the whole situation feeling familiar... was his return to Halloween Town just a dream? Maybe getting shot out of a flying sleigh had more adverse affects on a Jack than humans...
"Oh... my head..." Jack reached up to feel if his skull was broken open - nothing like a gaping hole in one's bones to ruin a perfectly good head... and gave a terrible shriek.
Scrambling to dislodge himself from the statue, Jack ended up rolling out of the big arms and onto his back, giving a terrible grunt as he landed. It nearly knocked the wind out of him, making him stunned to think he had anything to knock the wind out of.
Staggering to his feet, Jack hunched over, looking at his hands. They had skin! He turned them over each other, pulling and pinching the fleshy pink skin. Shaking badly, the flame-haired man touched his face, feeling skin stretched over his sharp face, and at the top of his head - hair?!
"What's this?!" he yelled, not quite aware that a screaming man just outside a popular venue would draw a crowd. He looked over his clothing - they were the same black and white pinstripe, even his bat-shaped bow-tie had remained just as it was, though was no longer a real bat - just a smooth, soft material.
"Where am I?" said Jack to the air, starting to feel a bit panicked. Normally, he would not scare so easily, but he was far from Halloweentown, or Christmastown, or any other holiday place he had known of. Looking around, he suddenly had an urge to find a reflective surface, to see what he looked like... fleshy.
In his panic, he turned sharply, and, as was common with his confusion, had not been watching where he was going.
*CLANG*
Jack grunted - again - and felt tears welling in his new eyes. The post he had just violently kissed came into focus.
"Opera Populare?" he muttered weakly, still flat on his back.
((He's actually outside the Opera, but I think enough Sues have smashed through parts of the Opera to cause its collapse - so I didn't want to put another hole in it XD))
