Continued from: Cooking+Breakfast+John lead Lost up the stairs and to the right, the hallway was small and littered with white doors, evenly spaced on both sides, with papers hanging on each one. "It helps me remember who's in the room, if it's vacant and which ones I need to clean." He lead her down the hall where a brown door sat "John's and Marie's room" he turned to the right and pointed to the last white door. "This will be your room" he took his key and unlocked it and then handed the key to her "it locks so you'll have plenty of privacy" he opened the door and walked in. It was a fairly large room, with a double bed sitting in the center and a small couch, there was also a desk and a side table, all of the furniture matched "I make all of what we have, so it all ends up the same shape and color."

*Her eyes were filled with wonder. It was so much. More than she'd ever expected to have.*
"It's...amazing."
*Her smile was bright as she wandered around, studying the nuances of the room and furniture.*

He smiled appreciatively and walked over to the bathroom door "Here's the bathroom, as we rely on natural light and candle light around here it's a bit dark" he grabbed a large candle that was sitting on a table to the right of the door and light it with a pack of matches "when burning candles please remember to snuff them out immediately after using. One because it's dangerous and two because candles are expensive."
He set it inside of the bathroom "I will return after you have bathed with extra sheets and blankets and my daughter Marie will take your measurements to see if we have any clothes your size."

*The girl was quite in awe of...well...everything. Such luck, such blessing.*
"It's quite all right." *She answered, her voice a bit distant.*
"I am accustomed to the dark."
*She stepped in the bathroom , trying to remember the last time she'd had a proper bath.*

"Take all the time you need" he bowed to her slightly and moved toward the door, before stopping "also, if you need anything," he pointed to a string that went up to a bell "it connects to a bell system downstairs, not many rooms are equipped with them, I'm afraid I just haven't the money for it" and with that he bowed his head and ducked out of the room, closing the door behind him.

"Thank you!" *She called brightly after him. The girl stood in wonder of the tub, filling it and started to disrobe. As she slid into the water, a peace fell over her like something half-remembered. It was sublime. For a while she just sat, enjoying herself and the quiet of the mostly dark room. Finally, she started to bathe, washing skin and hair, removing the travel from her lithe form. Reluctantly, she exited the tub and drained it. She donned a robe and waited for his daughter. She didn't mind, crawling into bed. She didn't want to be any worry and she was perfectly content as she was. The girl extinguished the candle and crawled up on the bed, trying to get some rest in the meantime.*

((Thanks. I think she's so pretty and made a bunch but was sad because I figured she'd always be dirty, but...yea! Plot to the rescue.))
*The girl started, pushing herself up.*
"Oh! Yes! Just a moment."
*She hurried to the door.*
"I hope that you weren't waiting."

((W00t!))
"No my dear" Marie hurried in with a roll of cloth and a measuring tape and a bunch of pin's looking slightly like a tiny tailor "Marie decided that she wanted to make you a new dress, she's terribly good for an eight year old."
"O'I'm darn good fer a eight cheer old" she nodded and looked at Lost "hi."
John chuckled "I'll leave you two girls to it then, and Marie, make sure to get me her measurements, because I imagine we'll have something for her."
"Yes Papa, now get out of 'ere you" John kissed Marie on the top of her head and walked out.

*The girl glanced once at John before he disappeared, then her eyes fixed on the sweet young child.*
"Hello. And thank you, for wanting to help me."
*She spoke gently, but as she would to anyone. The girl made no special form of address concerning her age.*

*The girl hid her face shyly.*
"It's too kind of you. I don't need anything so fancy."
*She scrunched her nose.*
"Though if you're anything like your father, I suppose I'll just have to grin and bear your generosity."
*She arched a brow.*
"Am I close?"

"Yup!" she said in answer to Lost's first question. Marie measured her waist and then jumped down and measured from her foot to her armpit, she may have been small, but she had a long reach. "Yer perfect" she said writing down the measurements on the paper and began pulling the cloth out and a design "It won't be that frilly cause'of O'I don' loike frilly stuff loike that, the lady at the library says it's very modern." She handed her the design and smiled "If you don't loike the low cut neck O'I could raise it for you-"
