*Not far from Leetah's treehouse, there was a large building. Large, but beautifully shaped, to blend in with the rest of the landscape. The colors were those of the nature, brown, green and grey. This was where sick and dying creatures of all kind came to get help from the best healer in Lorien, Leetah.
The building contained several nice rooms with beds for sick persons, a kitchen from where the patients' food got prepared, and an office where Leetah received her patients.
Haldir entered the hospital with an unconscious little elfgirl in his arms.*
"Leetah! Come quickly!!!" *he shouted.*

*Leetah had been doing paperwork in her office all day, and felt tired, but she couldn't refuse to help a person in need. Not when she was the only doctor in Lorien.
She hurried down the corridor, and her face went pale when she saw the unconscious little patient. Dewshine. The little girl who had followed Leetah around since she was a cub. And now... *
"Mighty High Ones! Is she....?"

*Haldir shook his head.*
"Not yet, but we have to hurry. Can her life be saved?"

*Leetah went over to him and laid her hand on the unconscious little elf girls' heart.*
"Her heart is stronger than her body. She can still be saved. Carry her to bed, the bath will have to wait until later. Now she has to get her strength back. Poor child. When did she last have a meal?"

*Haldir carried the unconscious Dewshine into one of the bedrooms and laid her down on the bed. Then he quietly took off her shoes and wrapped the blanket around her. The little elf girl was still unconscious, and didn't notice a thing.*

*Leetah entered the bedroom and sent her brother out of the room. She had to undress the little elfgirl and tend to her wounds. She took of the torn dress, and noticed with horror it was blood stains on the skirt. She went pale.*
"Oh poor child! What horrors have you been through, to be in this condition?"
*She whispered with tears in her eyes. Then she made a decision: She would rescue this girl's life, no matter how hard the fight would be. Leetah leaned over the unconscious girl and placed her hands over her heart. Leetah's hands started glowing, with a bright light. Her never-ending energy floated from her body, and over in Dewshine's body.*

*Dewshine slowly came to her senses. She was too weak to open her eyes, but noticed that she was not laying under the tree in the forest anymore.
Her body felt weak, and she had lost too much body weight. She hadn't cared for food or drink the last week. Not after... She couldn't think about it. It was too horrible. The nightmares about the horrible rape still haunted her nightmares.
Someone held warm, healing hands over her body. She whimpered, didn't want anyone to touch her. She felt dirty, and wanted to drown herself in scolding hot water. Drown her shame and her feeling of guilt.*

*Leetah watched the child with increased worry.*
Poor child, what have you been through? Who has made you so frightened?
*She stroke Dewshine's golden curls carefully.*
"Shhhh, you are safe now, child. Nobody will harm you here..."

*Dewshine thought there was something familiar to that voice. She opened her eyes.*
"L-Leetah?"

*Leetah smiled and stroke Dewshine's hair gently.*
"Yes, child. You are in my hospital. You did a good job putting out the fire, even though the woman you saved didn't appreciate it. I will never learn to understand humans."
*Leetah shook her head.*
"Well, don't care about that. I have a lot of questions, but they will have to wait. First we must get you something to eat and drink. I have prepared some water for you. We'll start slowly to let your body get used to food again. For now, I'll only give you water and water melon, to give you your strength back."

*Dewshine drank some of the fresh, cold water, and ate some water melon. Afterwards Leetah carried her to the bathroom and gave her a bath. She also washed her hair. Dewshine felt much better after the cleansing bath, but still so very tired. Leetah found her a clean nightgown, and Dewshine went back to bed and drifted off to sleep.*

*Haldir went back to the castle to tend to his duties, and Leetah walked to her office and started preparing medicines for the little elf girl.*

Ramses had been out grocery shopping I thought I'd never see that written in a sentence, but there is is when he passed by the hospital.
He decided to stop in and visit Leetah.
He knocked softly on the door frame of her office "Is the doctor in?"

*Leetah looked up from the magazine she was reading. She looked a bit tired after working all night, but she smiled to him, friendly as always.*
"Ramses, how nice to see you again! Please, won't you sit down?"
*She motioned against a comfortable chair in front of her desk.*

Ramses smirked and set his bags down next to the chair, sitting down with a grace a normal man wouldn't have possessed.
"Thanks, how are you?" He asked conversationally.
