Hallie thought for a second. "I do, actually. I need more flour, and it's really high up on the shelf over there," she said, pointing to the top shelf behind the counter. There was a stool that would allow her to reach it, but only barely, and it could result in her being covered in white powder. "Would you mind getting it for me?"

He climbed up onto the stool and batted at it with his hand to move it closer. A puff of flour rose up and settled all over him, and he coughed slightly.

He climbed down with the bag, patting himself free of flour.
