*Is all smokey and candle-lit and stuff.
The shadowy figure sat at his organ, composing Don Juan Triumphant.*

***POST-SUE-ABDUCTION...SUBDUCTION...***
*The Phantom had laid Jeanne upon the exotic and colourful cushions of the angled bed which looked nothing like it had just escaped from the goddamn aviary and brooded over her for a while before returning to his composing.*

After a long moment, her eyelids drifted open, and she sat up.
The room seemed curiously... flat. Unfurnished. And when she looked opposite the gate and squinted, she could almost swear she saw... people, sitting there in rows and watching her.
Jeanne shuddered and looked back at the dark figure sitting at the organ.
"Hello," she said timidly.

*The Phantom glanced over at her, saying nothing, but he stood with a flourish of his cape.*
"...Mon ange..." *he murmured softly, before he began to sing.*
"I have brought you to the seat of sweet music's throne . . . to this kingdom where all must pay homage to music . . .music . . .You have come here, for one purpose, and one alone . . . Since the moment I first heard you sing, I have needed you with me, to serve me, to sing, for my music . . .my music . . ."

She recoiled very slightly, fascinated but frightened.

*He moved slowly, his tone softening as he eased her fears and conditioned her to his touch.*
"Nighttime sharpens, heightens each sensation... Darkness stirs and wakes imagination. Silently the senses abandon their defenses...
Slowly, gently, night unfurls its splendour. Grasp it, sense it, tremulous and tender. Turn your face away from the garish light of day; Turn your thoughts away from cold, unfeeling light-- And listen to the music of the night!
Close you eyes and surrender to your darkest dreams! Purge your thoughts of the life you knew before! Close your eyes, let your spirit start to soar! And you'll live as you've never lived before...
Softly, deftly, music shall caress you... Hear it, feel it, secretly possess you. Open up your mind, Let your fantasies unwind: In this darkness which you know you cannot fight! The darkness of the music of the night!
Let your mind start a journey through a strange, new world! Leave all thoughts of the life you knew before! Let your soul take you where you long to be! Only then can you belong to me...
Floating, falling, sweet intoxication... Touch me, trust me, savour each sensation. Let the dream begin, let your darker side give in! To the power of the music that I write-- The power of the music of the night!
You alone can make my song take flight Help me make the music of the night!"

She blinked.
"I take it you sing?"

"...I am your angel of music...?"
*Something was wrong. By now they had usually passed out, again.*
Maybe I should hit her with something...

She blinked again.
"Um..."
Jeanne wrung her hands for a moment.
"Er..."
And then it suddenly came to her.
"Haven't passed out... is that a problem? You look disappointed..."
((Sing the above to Angel of Music. It works.))

"Not the bad kind of weird, per se, but-"
She looked out into the darkness.
"Is that an audience?"
