(( On that note.
Grounds for a marriage being voidable or void ab initio vary in different legal jurisdictions, but are typically limited to fraud, bigamy, and mental incompetence including the following:
Either spouse was already married to someone else at the time of the marriage in question; Either spouse was too young to be married, or too young without required court or parental consent. (In some cases, such a marriage is still valid if it continues well beyond the younger spouse's reaching marriageable age.) -Not really Either spouse was under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the marriage; Either spouse was mentally incompetent at the time of the marriage; If the consent to the marriage was based on fraud or force; Heloise- this could work. Either spouse was physically incapable to be married (typically, chronically unable to have sexual intercourse) at the time of the marriage; The marriage is prohibited by law due to the relationship between the parties. This is the "prohibited degree of consanguinity", or blood relationship between the parties. The most common legal relationship is 2nd cousins; the legality of such relationship between 1st cousins varies around the world. Prisoners sentenced to a term of life imprisonment may not marry. Concealment (e.g. one of the parties concealed a drug addiction, prior criminal record or having a sexually transmitted disease) For this to work Philippe would have to apply. The guilty party -- the one with responsibility for having caused the defect in the marriage -- is ordinarily disentitled to request a declaration of nullity. The victimized spouse may ordinarily apply for innocent spouse relief. The fact that a marriage was a nullity ordinarily does not prevent an innocent spouse from collecting the financial benefits of marriage, such as the rights to community property, spousal support, child support, and equitable contribution to attorney fees for litigation expenses.
More for the Catholic Church These four preconditions give rise to the common fourfold classifications for bases of annulment, defect of form, defect of contract, or unwilling or unable parties.
The contract is defective in form if the marriage ceremony is invalid, such as the case of two Catholic persons being married outside of the Catholic Church.
The contract is defective of contract if it was not a marriage that was contracted, such as if there was a defect of intent on either side. This can occur if either party lacked the intend to enter into a lifelong, exclusive union, open to reproduction. If either party was coerced, they lacked willingness, and therefore lacked intent.Lack of Children
If either party was married to another, they were unable to enter into the contract. Also, certain relationships of blood render the parties unable to enter into contract. Also, parties of the same gender are unable to enter into contract.
Pick a reason, any reason.))

Another day, another failed marriage... Concealment (e.g. one of the parties concealed a drug addiction, prior criminal record or having a sexually transmitted disease) Jo: *Goes with that*

Dear Mr.Pope,
I was wondering if there might be some way to annul my execution order? I understand that Bishop La'mule was in command of my branch, but as he claims Catholicism as his primary paradigm I was hoping you might be able to order him to retract the order? Thank you for your time, -Seven-
P.S.- Is witchcraft still a sin if you were built that way by a church funded operation? If so how would one circumvent a genetic disorder without some form of reincarnation?
P.P.S.- "Christianity" is the collective of the followers of Christ. Would that make Catholicism the collective followers of Cathol? I have always wondered that, but Father La'mule always just told me it was "Blasphemy" to question the church...

Dr Pope John awesome,
Im being possessed by a cat spirit. Apparently God (Not sure if its your God, the Chinese god, or whatever) invited him to a banquet but this STUPID *scribbles the next few words out madly* rat told him the wrong date. Now he's pissed and I get turned into a cat if a girl so much as runs into me! OR, (I just found this out recently) if I get wasted off of my little cat butt while its raining. I think its more cause of the hangover afterward though...
ANYWAY. I tried going to a modern day miko and a bunch of Buddhist monks, but Im still turning into a cat monster when I remove my beads, and Im still turning into a cat if Im wasted, or if Im hugged by a girl. Can you do something about it? I mean, sure, I could always go to a priest but IFIm going to go so low to request an exorcism, I want to make sure the head honcho does it. I dont want some weenie who doesnt know jack *more scribbled words* about exorcism to do a half-assed job on it.
I refuse to grovel like some stinky dog!
Yours (skeptically), Sohma Kyou
