*The tall, lean elf stood at the edge of the forest, keen and taught as a rapier. It seemed familiar to him, as if the collective memories of those who had gone before him resided in his young mind. He'd grown up far away, under the care of others, but it had all been to this purpose--to return.*

*Leetah was walking around in Lorien, restless as always. Sometimes the entire situation was getting on her nerves, and she had to get away. She saw a young elf at the edge of the forest, and stopped to study him closer. There was something familiar about him..... those eyes.... She came closer to have a good look at him. Then a feeling of joy crashed over her, and her beautiful, green eyes filled with tears. She came to his side and spoke softly to him in Elvish.*
"Figwit? I didn't dream about meeting you again so soon. I am your mother, Leetah."

*Figwit turned his quiet eyes--nonetheless full of joy--to his mother. Though they had been apart for so long, the recognition was instant.*
"Mother," *he said softly.* "It is not soon for me, I'm afraid. But I am, indeed, happy to meet you again."

*Leetah smiled and embraced him, as tears of joy filled her eyes.*
"You have no idea how much it pained me that I had to send you away. But I always tried to take care of you, in my own way. You were never out of my heart or my thoughts."

((NEGATIVE IS TOO... NEGATIVE.))
"I know, Mother," *Figwit said softly.* "You did best. I understand I was in danger here. But now... Now I feel I must see my home at last. Will you take me?"
