*Marijke skipped inside and sat down in front of the piano that stood in the centre of the room. She was bored and she hadn't played piano in like forever. She wondered if her fingers were going to work along.
In normal life playing piano took lots of practise and once you let that go down the drain, you had to start back at the beginning. But of course this was the verse, so when Marijke began playing Für Elise it actually sounded good. Like really.*

*Kirk, with Nessa in tow, poked his head around the doorway.*
"Excuse me. Miss? We were wondering if you've seen an elven forest about."

*Nessa looked into the piano room too, curious about how humans decorated their rooms. And the sound of the piano was lovely. Almost like Elvish music. She smiled friendly to the girl by the piano.*
"You make lovely music...." *She said.*

"Uhm no, I haven't .... "
*Marijke stopped mid sentence. She stared at Kirk. She closed her eyes and then opened them again. Something inside her snapped. That something was the part that had been watching Star Trek religiously for the past 18 years of her live.*
"You're ...."
*Marijke fainted flat down on the piano.*

((Totally diverting from my timeline...))
*Kirk rushed over to the girl's prone body. What had he done? He wasn't used to the girls fainting before he touched them.*
"Miss?"
*He slapped her face lightly.*

*Nessa rushed over to the girl as well.*
"Oh, poor girl!"
*She said and found a bottle of water in her skirt pocket. She gave it to Captain Kirk.*
"Here. Let her drink some water."

*Slowly Marijke came to. She looked up to Kirk and laughed nervously.*
"Hi."

"Hi," *he said gently.* "I'm sorry to give you such a shock. Are you all right?"

*Marijke tried her best not to just sit, stare and give Captain Kirk (!!!!!!!!!!!) one of her creepy fangirl smiles. Because times like these didn't call fro being creepy, they called for being ..... ehm ... well not creepy.*
"I'm fine. Got a splitting headache, but totally fine."

*Kirk brushed the side of her face in a manner which would have been inappropriate, had he not been Captain Kirk and therefore completely within his rights to touch everything he saw.*
"But you're ill. We should get you to sick--er, to a doctor."

Post by Ludwig van Beethoven on Jan 30, 2009 16:22:46 GMT -5
**NEW DAY**
Ludwig had taken it upon himself to set up a piano room for his own use. One couldn't possibly expect him to share a piano with Herr Mozart--that was patently ridiculous. A composer needed full access to his chosen instruments...a person couldn't fault him for wanting a piano of his own to work with.
Hence, here was Ludwing von Beethoven, at the moment caught up in the swirling melody of a recently written piano concerto.
