*Chris had developed a headache walking around town and, speaking next-to-no French, had been directed here when asking about where he might find aspirin.*
*He groaned when he found it was an infirmary clinic. He'd be here for hours.*

The clinic was a mess, it was cold and flu season and in these day and ages that could kill. What she needed the most was a break, and she found it, apparently all the next patient needed was some aspirin.
She made her way through the crying babies and complaining women "Christopher? Christopher Scott?" she gasped What an american name that is.

*He looked up... his head had been resting on the heels of his hands.*
*And then there was a US Army nurse.*
Thank God there's someone here who's going to speak English...
*He stood and met her eyes. He was off-duty but his dogtags were still hanging outside his clothes.*

Isa looked over at him and smiled "You must be Christopher, please come with me" she said in an accent that could only be recognized as upper New York.

*He smiled charmingly, which made the dimples he so despised (they made him look about 5 years old) ever more obvious.*
"Yeah, I'm Chris. And yourself?"

Isa smiled and suddenly recognized that his dog tags were hanging on his chest "I'm Lt. Isabella Handle US Army Nurse corps" she gave a wink "but you can call me Isa."

"All right Chris" she smiled knowing for once she outranked someone, small victories you know. They walked inside of a room and Isa pulled out a package of Asprin and some water. "Here you go" she handed him the things and sat down hard on a stool "As uncomfortable as this chair should be, it's the most comfortable thing in the world right now."

*He chuckled.*
"Been on your feet a lot?" *He swallowed the aspirin and gulped the water.*

"You have no idea, I've been mostly in charge of the flu patients today" she pointed down to a surgical mask "most of them have been children, it's been a long day." She looked around the room, it was quiet in there.
"I'm just gonna hide out in here for a second, I know it's wrong to neglect my duties, but I've been on my feet for 14 hours."

**NEW DAY**
Jesse walked in to the Infirmary a bloody rag on his head, he knew he wouldn't be priority, but he was starting to feel a little dizzy.

*As the doctors manned the exam rooms, Diana sat at the nurses' station and busily referred patients into one of the rooms. She was helping an elderly woman when she spotted someone who looks strangely familiar. Subconsciously tuning everything out, she stopped and stared critically at him.*

Jesse looked up at the woman staring at him and smiled.

Where have I seen him before?
*Supressing the urge to interrogate the man, Diana quickly went over and applied pressure on his wound.* "What happened?" *she asked urgently.*

"I was fixin some lights" he said still smiling, he was sure she probably didn't remember him, but that was okay "one of the fixtures fell on my head."
