It's getting cold here, too - and my host family are absolute penny pinchers and have no concept of central heating.
I don't know what to do with Marianne anymore. Last time this happened with one of my characters, I threw him off a roof.

That way leads despair. If you want Raoul could lock her up and she could be his mad wife in the attic......

He he. Had to read that book for Honors English. I kept hoping for Jane to murder her foster family.

I was hoping for her to kick that stupid cousin guy....was he her cousin? You know, the one that wanted her to come with him to some third world country? Seriously, I hated that dude. I think his name was John.

St. John. Yeah. Major dick. But a fascinating character.
Wanted Jane to smack Edward a few times, though. He was being such a bitch after the wedding that wasn't. "But I love yooooou so it's okaaaaay!" "It is not okay, and I love you, and I'm not being a violent wanker about it, so shut up and I'm leaving you."

Knowing Marianne, she'd probably get turned on by being locked up and at Raoul's mercy!

And I'd have to tie Irene to a chair to keep her from getting mixed up in it. She's smart, but with no common sense whatsoever.

Well, Giry just denied her re-entrance to the corps no matter what, so she's in a fair way to be raging mad, soon.
