*Hannibal mulled about in the Foyer, looking for a listing of upcoming performances to be held at the Opera. It had been so long since he had taken in any theater and he felt parched for it.*

*At her polite nod, Hannibal turned to face the young lady, bowing his head politely.*
Things are going better already.
“Good evening, Madame. Please forgive my interruption. I was curious if there might be a listing of upcoming performances to peruse. I am afraid I have been deprived of the theater for far too long.”

*Madame Giry nodded.* "Of course, Monsieur--we are currently in final rehearsals for an upcoming opera premiere, and there are several other performances we may resurrect as well."

“That sounds lovely. I regret my manner;, I have not been around ladies for some time.”
*He bowed more formally, outstretching his hand to take hers.*
“I am Dr. Lecter, newly arrived. And I look forward to your upcoming premiere in anticipation. Is there somewhere I might get more information about it? Or…must I wait in eager interest?”
