"'Two'," Adrien repeated with a lack of expression.

She hadn't ever wanted Adrien part of her sons life, but here he was and she couldn't stop herself from turning the small cloth so that the face of a two month old boy was staring up and giggling at it's father.

Adrien stared down coldly at the child, silent. Just the fact that its eyes were the same blue shade as that of the Snow Prince greatly unnerved him.

"He's healthy, if you care" she gritted her teeth "what are you doing here?"

He broke his gaze away from the child and fixed a deadpan glare at Aideen. "Really, can't a man enjoy himself once in a while?" Adrien sneered.

"You don't enjoy" she replied knowingly "what do you want?"

"I don't want anything," Adrien returned bitingly. "What makes you think that?"

"Than why would the snow prince be at a circus?" Her hand wrapped protectively around her child.

"And does that fact automatically deprive me of the right to visit wherever--and whenever--I would like?" Adrien returned, leveling a harsh gaze at the girl.

"Why would you go to a circus?" She replied "What possible reason could you have for coming here?"

"Then, would you care to propose an alternative?" he asked with a sneer. "Assuming that, of course, there is an alternative."
Adrien slowly advanced towards her.
"What is it about me that you don't want me here?"

"It's the same reason I didn't want to be around you 10 months ago. You're a fiend and you always will be, I've made a life for me and my son here, a real life, I don't you need you comin round here messing things up."

"That slightly hurt, Aideen," he spat, clutching his chest in mock pain. "More. Say more about how I'm a despicable man and a good-for-nothing. About how the only thing you are truly grateful for is that child--"
He gestured to the boy beside her.
"I apologize if this comes as a surprise, but words simply don't have any effect upon me."

"As does anything else, it must be lonely up there on your throne" she replied and was silent for a moment.
She was tired, she had a show in another hour, and her anger took up most of the energy that she had left. It was then that her mood suddenly changed and she sighed, defeated by her own thoughts "Adrien, if there is something that you need of me than say it, if there isn't leave me in peace, I don't have anymore time for your games."

Adrien shook his head adamantly. The girl was playing with his temper, he swore.
"I'm not playing any games, Miss Aideen. And if I were, I'm certainly not playing them with you."
