((Godammit she's back. Giry gonna hafta regulate.))
*strides in and raises a brow at the girl she recalled as having disrupted rehearsals earlier.*
"You seem lost, Mademoiselle. Can I be of service?"

*glances back*
Aww crap.
*stiffly* I know perfectly well where I'm going, thank you very much, Madame.
*speaks as if calling her "Madame" will underline the fact that Emmy is OMG SO YOUNG AND BEAUTIFUL AND TALENTED and Madame Giry is old and ugly and boring*
((Emmy's opinion, not mine, don't hurt me, kthnxbye.))

*Madame Giry regarded her coolly.* "Then you may vacate MY studio as soon as it is possible for your allegedly lithe little feet to carry you, girl," *she said scornfully, throwing all the weight of her age and wisdom up against the imperninent young ninny before her.* Let her not think she will ever know more or be more than I am now...

*realizing that the whole "being herself" tactic will not work with this woman, goes into suck-up mode--the one she used to get the part in POTO--and plants a modest smile on her face*
Madame, perhaps we got off on the wrong foot before. I'm really sorry for the way I acted to you during our first meeting, I was just worried for the sake of the Opera. I didn't know who you were, and since the managers had not informed me of my replacement, I wasn't sure if I should entrust the duties to you. Please forgive me?
*flashes a winning smile*

*Madame Giry jerked her chin up a notch.* "You will earn my forgiveness, Mademoiselle, when you have done something commendable for others, rather than being continually on the lookout for yourself. When you have done with being a selfish brat, you may begin to seek out ways to earn my forgiveness and, although I doubt it highly, perhaps even my respect. It was lost and now it must come at a higher price." *she gestured to the door with her cane.* "You may go."
((Oral presentation time. Then on the bus. Back later, guys!))

*works as hard as she can to suppress the murderous look threatening to break over her face as she leaves the room for good*

**NEW DAY**
*Sorelli went through her warm-up routine, steadily making her way to the actual steps for Faust. She wanted to be as prepared as she could for the ballet. This was her choosen profession, and she would not let her ballet teachers down.
But as well, it was what little she had left of her life*

***HENCHMENZ***
*Boots thundered in the corridor, doors slamming, girls screaming. There weren't many people in the Opera at that time of day, true, but they could return later for more of the unwary...though most would run, once news of these abductions spread. Armed guards burst into the rehearsal room, two stepping forward to take Sorelli by the arms to usher her outside to the waiting cart.*

"What? What are you--" *She was being dragged off. To god only knew where* "No! NO!" *Her resistance was for naught, however, and as she was dragged away she could only think of one thing* Jude. My poor boy...((Awaaaaaay...) )
