*Christine blinked. Movies? Was this some new type of opera? However, she didn't show her confusion.*
"No, they haven't."

"That's too bad," *said Ed.* "Well, if you're ever in Hollywood, you should think about it." *He looked down at her tenderly.* "Do you mind if I change into something more... comfortable?"
((I'm realizing the pain of playing both Erik and another character who likes Christine. Half of me wants Ed to get some, and the other half wants Erik to swoop down and pwn him.))

((I guess we could have them decide to just be friends or something. After a brief fling, of course.))
"If you want to."
*She smiled demurely*
"The dress rehearsal always makes people uncomfortable."

*Philippe moved into the room and took a chair at the back.A lack of human company or any interaction had forced him to return to his Patronage position. He leaned forwards and attempted to engage with whatever rehearsal was actually occuring.*

*Notices Philippe.*
He looks familiar...who does he remind me of?
*Walks over to him and smiles prettily.*
"Hello there, I don't think I have met you before. My name is Lune Ciel. It's nice to meet you, monsieur...?"

*Dress rehearsals*
*Christine smoothed her light red dress, and sang a few bars backstage. She had to be ready for her entrance. She was a bit put off at the idea of acting with live snakes, but after all, the show must go on.*

((Sorry, Christine--I've been trying to work out how to get Ed back here, because he was going to come back after he changed, but then I got all procrastinatory about what to do with him, so... Yeah. Good to move on.))

*Ed strode backstage, every angora fiber in place. He felt well-rested and confident--he knew this would be his greatest triumph yet. He could practically read the notices now!*
NEW DIRECTOR TRIUMPHS! SNAKES ON A STAGE IS CERTIFIED HIT! COSTUMES PRAISED FOR THEIR REALISM!
Hmm. Strike that last one,</i> *he thought.
He clapped his hands for attention. If people weren't sure who he was at first, well, that was their problem.*
"Now, now, people! We've got one day before we shoot--er, open, so I want you to give it your all tonight, except have some left for tomorrow. Okay? Okay. Break!"
*He beamed affectionately at his charges.*

*Philippe stood and bowed.* Philippe de Changy, at your service. "I thought you looked familiar! You are Raoul's brother, aren't you?" *Lune smiled up at him.* "May I ask why you have come to this opera?"

*Cry Baby, emerging from a long stasis while his writer forgot about him, storms onto the stage.*
"What'd I miss?" *He cried to the company at large.*
