Slowly she awoke, laying on the floor, she wasn't exactly sure where of. Her last memories were of leaving a fight with The Batman and a man who looked just like him.
She'd been crawling in the sewers toward house.
She could feel it in the sewers and managed to crawl out of the manhole in front of the manor; but her strength was gone, and she blacked out.
She had prayed that her babies would grab her and pull her in to the house. But without her conscious, there was nothing to tel them to do so. During this time the dust she'd used to control the servants of the manor wore off. They ran from the house to find her, through their clouded minds they knew it wasn't right to leave her there, that powers like her's shouldn't be allowed to exist. But none of them had the strength to kill her. The Butler sent a stable boy to the police station, and they tied her up with her own vines.
One the police arrived, they knew better than to simply arrest her, they saw the house, it seemed almost... alive. So they called a doctor from the asylum, he seemed to understand her kind. He injected her with something to keep her from waking.
Until now.
She blinked once, noticing the vines around her, blinked twice, only to realize those vines were growing around a glass room.
Crawling she felt the dampness of the ground, it wasn't dirt, it was concrete, hard and horrible. She groaned and looked out the glass, she could see a few men staring at her in lab coats, she couldn't see their eyes past their glasses.
The light above her was red and hurt her eyes, she tried to feel the vines, feel for anything, they were crying out to her, but she couldn't find them.
Slamming her fists against the glass she screamed, the pain was unbearable. Other than the dying vines, she was completely cut off from the earth.
She screamed again, and again, until she once again blacked out.
