He kind of pulled back and ran his fingers through it. He looked dishevelled and exhausted, and when one considers that he'd found out about World War II, that nearly fifty years of the 20th century he'd simply passed right over, completely revamped his gender identity to please a lover, become engaged, had sex three times, and fought with Adrian over many, many things all in one day, this isn't surprising.
