She nodded, then pulled from her robes or whatever you call it a sphere recording. "I have Mr. Basch's image here. He's the one I want to try and find first." Sephiroth, she knew, could very well take care of himself and likely would be miffed that someone actually had sought him out. She clicked on the sphere, which projected hovering above it a small picture.

Yann stared in awe, first at the technology, then at the man himself. That was definitely not the type of guy he usually saw skulking around Paris. "It is beautiful," he muttered. "What is it made of?"

"Metal, glass...it's powered by minor magics, for the images. It can record moving pictures, too."

"I meant his sword, I'm sorry." He grinned shyly. "But the device is beautiful too. If you had shown me earlier, I might've understood that you're from a different world, rather than just from far away."
The man himself was also rather beautiful. With that sword, no one would bother him about his feminine face. Nor with those muscles, either.

She laughed a little.
"Oh, of course! Well, he's from a different place than I, so I'm not sure what sort of metals the sword is made of. The shine of the silvery part makes me want to say mithril, but I'm not an expert on that sort of thing."

Yann just looked at her. He had read a book about weapon forgery but he was pretty sure he never heard about mithril before.
"You know more about what swords can do," he managed eventually.

"Oh, well...I think everyone has an idea of how it works...but like me, most have never picked one up except maybe to hand it someone else."
In this instance, she was thinking of a moment where she'd presented a ceremonial sword to a well-known and respected swordsman.

"To someone else, I mean..." He wasn't exactly expressing himself well, right now. Maybe some after effect of the bump on his head. He felt the back of his head and winced slightly. he'd have to sleep on his stomach tonight, that much was clear.

Yuna, ever the one concerned for another's wellfare (the healer side of her coming to the fore again), leaned forward, he expression worried.
"You'll be all right, won't you?"

"I think so... I have no experience with this, just cuts and bruises..." He looked at her, slightly worried because if a healer didn't know, how should he?

She sighed.
"Well, that's good. It's always good to ask the patient directly--you can watch them, see how they respond. If someone's having trouble speaking or moving, they might be hurt worse than you can see."
While it wasn't a science back home, healers did know what head injuries could mean in Spira, and had seen the effects of those wounds that were internal.

Relief washed over his face. "I'll sleep it off tonight. I'm tougher than I look." He chuckled lightly.

Yuna nodded.
"But no heavy stuff. It can actually take some time to see all that a head injury has done. But in my opinion, I think we've seen all there is to see this time."

"I trust you utterly. Would you like something to drink perhaps?" He wasn't being a very good host, he realised.

"Oh, yes, please. If you have any, tea would be nice."
Making tea was a harmless and relaxing action, so she wasn't worried that he would be overtaxed by it.
