Life Story (as much as you want us to know):

"At a young age, Hanako had a traumatic experience that left her life in shambles. Her father died when their home burned down in an accident, which also disfigured Hanako herself permanently. She is reclusive to the extreme, shunning from all other people to the point of actually panicking from any social contact. Her only trusted friend is Lilly, who has taken Hanako under her wing ever since the two were introduced to each other."

Hanako has been badly burned, leaving her looking like this. Her clothing is concealing, and she tends to hide away. It's probably not going to calm her down being dropped into the middle of Paris, but it's entirely possible to find friends in the most unlikely of places.

((Oh, I got curious about the game Hanako comes from, and I wound up downloading it and I'm now playing it. I realize that lately I've developed a taste for interactive novels, and I like this one. It's a rather different premise than what you usually get.
