Megan was wearing a long sweater that she'd brought from her own world over a dress she'd gotten from Howl. The effect was somewhat less than harmonious.
Every once in a while, she pressed her hands against the window of the small aircraft to peek out at the passing scenery, but there wasn't much to see other than the occasional glimpse of blue and icebergs amidst white.
"You don't think he'll mind that I've come with you, will he?"

"If he does he won't say anything" Dan laughed "but no I think he'll be fine. Didn't we all ready talk about this before we left?" Dan straigtened his tie for the twelth time and pulled down his best sweater vest. It was a nice black one with a light gray trim, he thought it would go well with his tie.
I have a lot of ties he looked over at Megan then back toward the stewardess "Can I please have a coke?"
She nodded and went to the back.

"I really don't have any Antarctica clothes," Megan lamented. "I hope we don't have to go outside much."

Adrian was waiting with the members of his Antarctic entourage just inside the entrance to the main entry hall.
"Look lively, everyone."

Adrien, his hair done very particularly - and very Veidtlike, again without his quite knowing, as with perfect lack of guile he had beamed at Adrian when he'd seen him that evening and said, "Hey, your hair's like mine - !" before continuing to skip down a staircase - and wearing probably the nicest suit anyone had ever seen on him (despite its inherent scruffiness and slight hint of effeminacy - grey with a pale lilac shirt and a narrow white tie), was looking intrigued at something old and covered in hieroglyphics on the other side of a glass case, his smile wide enough to both be lively and be proof that he hadn't heard a word Veidt had said.

"Dan, you might want to take a rain check on that Coke," Megan said, turning away from the window and beaming at him. "I think we're coming in for a landing!"

*Micaela was busy looking bored and a little sullen. She could take care of her own self, thank you very much. She, too, was examining some hieroglyphs, and translating them in her head. Her mouth moved to form the shapes that would make the proper sound, facilitating her translation.*

Adrien did not exactly know Micaela knew any ancient Egyptian, but no matter what he'd thought it would not have stopped him from pointing to one and saying, "Hey, you know what that little squiggly one with the oval is?"

Dan pouted his lips "Damn" strapping on his seat belt he looked out the window as the plane made it's landing. "I really wanted that coke you know."

Adrian tilted his head back slightly and held his arms aloft like a benevolent king receiving his subjects as Megan and Dan disembarked from the plane.
