What college? Haven't got a college! Did once. Maybe I should add that? Do they check? They won't have my years on it, will they. I wonder if the college is still around? It should be. It was ancient in my day and the old things still exist.
There are no animated vampire adverts on this one. I think this makes it inferior. Its search is more sophisticated. Still debating on who to look up.
I wonder if the Theatre has a group? I SHOULD MAKE ONE.
I don't much like the idea of being the only one. I wonder how many fools of mortals would join if I made one for our kind? I should do it for just that reason.

...Someone gave you access to a computer? Hmmm.

You didn't know? Wasn't it you? You know, there's a lower level of your tower that would do very nicely for a computer lab. You might consider that sometime - a little vampire computer lab, like those they have in libraries for mortals. Wouldn't you like that? Having everyone sign in and come by to visit you when they have some need to check their email? Hell, I'd do it to see your face in the odd green lighting on the screen. You'd look so heinous.

Did I? If I did it was to keep you entertained. Why in the world would I want other vampires passing through my tower night after night- isn't that what those little cyber cafes are for?
An amusing thought, but an outdated one. I believe the mortals are beyond heinous green light now.

Are they? Hm.
Well, I believe this means you have to get me a new computer, doesn't it?

Ohhh, I didn't say that. Maybe the thought of your face lit with such heinous green light is more amusing to me than the prospects of getting you a new computer. Before I know it you'll have broken this one anyway- hmm, just a thought, but since when have I been the one to procure for you your toys?

Since sometime in the late 18th century, of course, though what year exactly I am not entirely sure. I lost track of the year once or twice. I was convinced for a very long time that I had died in the 1790s, but having since been lessoned in history I know that to be impossible.
I am sure I am a handsome picture in front of this screen indeed. Not half so fair as you, but handsome enough. If you dropped by to visit more often, saving me the trouble of fetching you out on Facebook, you would certainly be treated to the image.

I'll consider it.

Also.
I have just sent you an invitation to join a facebook group. It's entirely up to you if you ignore it or not, but if you do, let me just say that Paris will be hunting down a French Jack the Ripper for the next few weeks. You know, again.

You haven't the mind to cover your tracks through the computer. Do not think that I could not find you if need be, nor that I'd be averse to any manner of solutions to prevent such an occurence should I chose not to bow to your every whim. A lengthy stay in your old room, a lack of blood sport, perhaps the removal of any limbs you think you might be able to go without- these could be arranged. You know, again.

You'd go to all that trouble and effort just to avoid not joining a facebook group? I'm amused. And perhaps, just a bit, touched. Armand, why didn't we move in together ages ago? You clearly feel more strongly for me than anyone else ever has. Of course, I wouldn't want to guess at what those feelings are, but you do have them.

Oh, clearly. No, if I were to give into that whim, why on earth would I stop at the next, or the next? I am reasonably certain that even your addled mind is capable of recognizing that. Unless- oh, was that some attempt at sarcasm or intentional denseness? It's so difficult to tell over the computer.

Dear Armand, I should think it's not so easy to tell in person.
Well, I wouldn't make such a fuss about a whim that had much more weight. I only feel that I'm asking you such a little thing that if you were to refuse it, I would have to retaliate in the one way I know works. Something larger, I imagine you should have more choice in.

This is almost laughable. Isn't it supposed to be the other way around?

Now that makes little sense. If I want a little thing, I have more right to it, and therefore can extort you into giving it, but if I want something big, don't you think I should have respect enough for your decision to withdraw it? How would anything make more sense than that?
