She sat afraid on the cushion, her lips mouthed for words, but nothing came out. She fainted.

Winslow set his jaw a moment, unsure of what to do. Well, that settled it, he was terrifying no matter where he was. Oddly satisfied with the reaction, Winslow peered out into the hallway and then looked back in. Picking the girl up could have an unexpected mix up if he tried to play good Samaritan and leave her somewhere more comfortable - not to mention obvious.
Giving something of a sigh, Winslow quietly stepped over and knelt over the girl, and pulled his glove off again. Keeping the left side of his face to hers, he carefully felt for a pulse with death-cold, bony fingers. At least she was alive... and somehow, that was disappointing, even if in the tiniest way that made him feel a bit guilty for thinking it.
Putting his glove on again, Winslow stood up, still at debate if he should move her or leave her to be discovered with her "terrifying" impression of the Phantom.

Her skin shivered under his touch. Somehow she knew where she was, she knew what was happening but she couldn't find the power to wake up. She thought to herself. " I should not have been so persistant, yet I felt to propelled that he was in need, that I wouldn't give up.

Believing it would be for the better to move the girl out of the rehearsal room, at least off the floor, Winslow scooped the nameless female rather effortlessly. Some part of him was still Winslow Leach, inside, and that much of him was still human.
Carrying her out the door, Winslow made for the best place for the girl to be discovered - the lobby. Plenty of people came in all the time, and there were places he could leave her that were not ice cold marble.

Something poked her arm, it was making small scratches in her arm. Her eyes fluttered open at the small pain. She stared into the eyes of a masked man. Silence, was all she could find.

Well, it would have only been one eye, and even then, Winslow would have to be paying attention. The right eye was completely covered, as the hole had never been cut from the helm, which served to cover his mangled face. In just enough light, one could find the burned scars along the right half of his jaw, and they continued into the black shadow under the mask. He remained silent, having no reason to speak, and headed out into the foyer.
