*Malefica smiled warmly and looked up at him.*
"I want to combine the roles as mother and wife. But I am not sure if I am the only one who can answer that questions. There should be several people who could reply as well as I on whether I am successful or not: My children, my husband, and the other wives of my husband."

*Dracula's brow lifted in consideration.*
"It is true, we can hinder the process, but even if we support you, all of us, you are the one that still has to fit the pieces together. No one can do that for you."

*Malefica smiled warmly and looked back at him.*
"I know that, my love. But that is a work I am willing to do, as long as I have the support of my family."

"I don't know what else we can do to prove it to you." *Dracula answered.* "But you would seem to have it."
No matter how hard it is for you to see.

*Malefica looked up at him and smiled.*
"I am content with my faith then. No matter how hard it will be, I will do my best to face the challenges that lies ahead of me."
*She smiled warmly and placed her hand on her tummy.*
"And to protect the child that grows inside of me. Dead or not dead, I love this child already."

"I am comforted to hear you say such things." *Dracula nodded, looking a bit weary.*

*Malefica looked over at him.*
"You look weary. If you were alive, I would have suggested you went to bed to get some rest, while I brought you a cup with a brew to build up your health, and some nutritious food. Chicken soup, for instance. The only thing I can do for you now, is to leave you to your solitude. You look like you had enough of me for one day. You're starting to look like Icarus, before he was turned into a pile of ash. I don't want that to happen to you."

*Dracula let out a soft chuckle.*
"I am not him. It will be easier for you once you can accept that."
*He smiled gently.*
"Though it would do me good to rest."

*Malefica smiled warmly back.*
"I know you are not him. You are much more friendly to me than he was. And you are speaking to me instead of avoiding me."
*She looked over to him.*
"Do you want to rest here tonight? If I promise not to touch you?"

*He smiled supportively.*
"I appreciate your offer, but I should rest in my own coffin in the basement."
*Dracula tried to help.*
"But if you would like to sleep down there with me, there is a small cot."

*Dracula looked a little relieved, nodding and began his way to the door and down the stairs, as there was nothing else to say.*

*Malefica followed her husband. Also she was quiet. Most of all because she was thinking through their conversation. It had been useful, and she had learned a lot about herself that she didn't know earlier. She felt grateful that he took the time to discuss these matters with her.*

*As they made their way into the basement, Dracula turned to face her and smiled. He bowed respectfully.*
"Good day, Malefica."
*He turned and opened his coffin, situating in it.*

*Malefica gave him a respectful curtsey.*
"Good day, Vladislaus."
*She watched him situating in his coffin, wondering silently if she would ever get used to being a vampire.*
