"I would."
He shifted, the better to whisper into Ghislain's ear, while still tantalizingly running his hands over him.
"Would you let me keep doing that?"
He nipped gently at Ghislain's neck, not using vampire teeth...though very tempted to.

Ghislain shivered and arched back against him.
This was the best sort of reminder as to why he did that, went out there some nights whether he needed the money or not and let perfect strangers into his... life. A very physical, memorable reminder that perfect strangers, even the sketchy kind, and being led back to their rooms, was sometimes very worth it, it being the banality and the boredom and then, finally, the risk, and the danger...
He tilted his head to allow greater access, bit his lip, and then smiled, almost warily. "Yes," he said, without a trace of insincerity. "But are you sure you wouldn't prefer to hear a no and then choose to ignore me?"
He made a mental note to stop goading him, but Ghislain did not always listen to himself, so this was not a concrete rule by any stretch.

It was probably best that Ghislain couldn't see how Daniel grinned at his question.
"I'm sure I'd ignore it."
He was teasing Ghislain's neck now, though in part it was a tease to himself. He was very tempted to bite down, which manifested in teeth scraping on skin.
"If you said no."

Ghislain gasped wretchedly. It was one thing to be teased, or manipulated, but in perfect honesty it was usually done by people who did not realize that they were not good at it, or unattractive to him, in some way. Occupational hazard. It came with the territory.
"I thought so," he managed again - ah, the champion conversationalist, even when he was trying to concentrate on other things. For once, the other things were more the point, though. The scrape of teeth on his throat and suddenly it was like a little line of fire had flooded down his spine. He pushed back against Daniel, bedsprings creaking, and tossed his hair. "Ohh - do it."

That decided it. With such an invitation, how could he possibly refuse?
Settling Ghislain against him, wrapping his arms around him almost possessively, he sank his teeth into the rentboy's neck, in a slow deliberate manner that would cause pain but could also cause something else, as well.

Ghislain cried out sharply, take that as you will, but despite the fact that he'd been practically begging for it a moment before did not stop the fact that, in the immediate moment, he was freaked out, and jerked as though to pull away.

He was expecting this sort of response, which was why he'd held Ghislain the way he did. Daniel tightened his grip on him, firmly but not painfully, trying to keep him from squirming around too much. With those fangs in Ghislain's neck, too much jerky movement could accidentally rip his throat up, and Daniel did not want him dead.
Some blood had escaped and run down, but he ignored that for the moment and simply drank in that red river, fighting the urge to just mindlessly sink into it. He couldn't do that. He'd lose control if he did.

Ghislain groaned and pushed back against Daniel, but it was very easy to interpret this in multiple ways - squirming to try and escape his grasp or squirming in pleasure. In any case, it couldn't be fought, and Ghislain started to slip into languor.

Once Ghislain started to slide into that state, Daniel stopped, finally letting go of his neck and pausing to lap at the spilled blood before shifting them both to a better position.
"Not done with you yet..." He murmured.
And just like that, the focus was off of the blood and back onto the physical. He was a hair's breadth away from just taking Ghislain, but was somehow managing not to slip and just do it.

Ghislain's fingers tangled in his hair as though he were trying to pull his head back and away from him.
"What," he murmured back, lashes fluttering as though he were faint, or faintly amused, or enormously pleased, "the hell... did you just do to me?"
This question did not seem to be making the greatest difference, as Ghislain's breathing became heavier and he pressed against him, his other hand grasping his shoulder, his fingernails gripping sharply.

Ghislain's question earned a small smile.
"You just took care of another need I had." He whispered.
"Nothing more."
He was still trying not to just take Ghilsain, but the restraint was starting to slip and he was being more noticeably forceful.

Ghislain grabbed Daniel as though he were going to choke him, but kissed him instead. He tasted his own blood, which was, in retrospect, no surprise, but a bit of a shock nonetheless. The sense that this was not a human did not quite stay with him; he hadn't time or inclination to question it. For now, though, it did not look as though it were going to get answered anyway, and Ghislain would be lying if he said, looking back, that he had entirely disliked it...

After a very long, very thorough kiss, he'd have enough of holding back, and finally he gave in and took what he wanted, unable to keep from indulging any longer. It wasn't completely without regard for Ghislain, though the rentboy would likely be bruised later.

**FADE-IN**
Ghislain was panting, half-sprawled on his back, attempting to catch his breath and to relax in such a way that would not have anything sore pressing too hard on the bedspread. It was a comfortable bed, and the less he moved, the easier this was. It was a good thing he was satisfied and exhausted, however, because otherwise Ghislain had a very hard time staying still.
After a moment, with a wry smile, he named a price. It was higher than usual. Ghislain could be fairly cheap, and when he was hanging out in an alleyway and trying, slowly, between customers, to get drunk, then he was in a cheap mood. This, however, was more. And then, lazily, after a moment, he named another extra fee, not too high, but there nonetheless, adding calmly, "For the blood."

This evening had turned out a lot better than he'd thought it would, hadn't it?
He sat up, languidly, a faint smile on his lips. Well, it had been rather impressive. There'd been quite a few humans that had been with him of their own volition, but rarely were they not in a sorrier state. Rather fragile for a vampire's appetites. But Ghislain seemed to be made of tougher things.
"Of course. I think you've more than earned it."
He slid across the sheets, scanning the floor for his jeans. His wallet was in a back pocket.
