*The light went out as Sweeney spoke, and a loud knocking started at the door*
"I'll go check", *said his daughter.
Upon opening the door, she saw a woman who looked almost exactly like her, with a large gash in her throat*
*The Bride was pretty much the only woman in the world who wouldn't have fainted at this point*

"Who is it?" he asked, unable to see the door from his chair. He was too lazy to get his seat out of his ass and look himself.

*Lucy looked over the woman who answered the door*
"Care for a bit of fun? We can charge double if we get em together!"
*She leaned in*
"Don't I know you, lady?"

Sweeney stiffened, hearing the woman's voice. He ran over to the door. He swayed a little and leaned against the wall for support.
"Lucy?" he half-whispered.

*Lucy looked at the man, her bloody neck looking almost black in the moonlight*
"I know you, too. You fed the corpses to the devil woman, and you never wanted to play with me."
*She put her hand to her head, as if more memories were surging in painfully*
"And I knew you before then, too. Before you killed me."

His horrified face softened. "Lucy... Lucy, I'm sorry." He stepped closer to her. "It's me, Lucy. It's Benjamin."

*The Bride spoke up*
"Mother?"
*Lucy seemed to sway between the two of them*
"I remember a name...a face...a girl who looked like you..."

He put a hand on his daughter's shoulder. "Lucy, this is Johanna. Do you remember her? Our daughter?"

Magda had hidden herself in the back room when the sudden, pungeant smell of blood filled her nostrils. Somebody was injured or dying, and she hoped it was the woman who called herself Sweeney's daughter. Taking his attention away from her like that...
But when she slowly and as subtly as she could crept out into the main parlor, there was another woman there. A woman covered in blood...
Magda's hunger betrayed her, and she let out a small moan.

*The zombified Lucy staggared toward Magda. Extending one finger, she started to shriek*
"Witch!"

Sweeney turned around and glared at Magda, who promptly sank back into the shadows. He grabbed his zombie wife's hand comfortingly.
"Shhh, be still. There are no witches in here." Only vampires.

"Oh, like you're one to talk, zombie," Magda's sulky voice spat out of the shadows. "Who is this, anyway?"

"My wife!" he snapped dangerously.

"You didn't tell me..."
Her voice trailed off as she stepped back into the light.
"Oh. I see how this is."
She crossed her arms; put one hip to the side.
((PM me. I've had a plot idea.))

"She was dead! How could I know that she would rise from the grave?"
