((Some weird, gay vampire.))
Hallie stared at the little girl for a moment. How the hell was John fathering all of these genius babies? For the love of God, this was a man who spelled apologize with two p's and wrote "Squirl" instead of "squirrel!"
"You're right. Opinions do keep changing, and it always seems that some group or other is hated by the norm." She absently began to hum "Imagine" by John Lennon.

*Aimee cocked her head.* "What's that song?" *She asked, cooing back down at the baby for a second.*
((sounds like someone i'd adore. after all, I have my wierd, gay, minion in real life. he owes me his soul and therefore must do my bidding.))

"It's called 'Imagine,' by a great musician named John Lennon. It's basically about how if people really tried, the could set aside their differences and live as one. It's a beautiful song."

*She nodded, and stared a little blankly up at Hallie some more, because she knew all of the great composers and none of them were named John Lennon.* "That makes sense." *She said, and looked back at the baby.* "May I hold her?" *She asked.*

((EPONINE, WHY HAVE YOU NOT EDUCATED THIS GIRL??!!! *thwaps* XD))
"Of course," she replied. She nodded to Renn, who handed the baby to Aimee.

*Aimee walked over and sat down on the couch for safety, right next to the huge teddy bear, cooing at the baby and letting her play with her fingers.*
*Eponine sighed.* "She's so smart I'm not sure what to do with her sometimes. I feel like I'm not getting her educated like I should."

Well, yeah, she doesn't know who John Lennon is! And has she ever even heard of Stephen Sondheim? Shaaaaaame!
"I think you are. Listen to the way she's speaking! Even if she doesn't get a proper education from you, she'll find a way to get one herself," she reassured her. She smiled as Aimee played with Clara. "Don't forget to support her neck!"

"I know, Auntie Hallie!" *She called, babbling something about neck muscles and unfused skulls.*
*Eponine laughed.* "I don't think I spoke that way until I was seventeen, and even then only because I wanted to impress someone."

She gaped. "I don't think I'll ever be able to speak like that. But, then, I don't know much about human anatomy." She laughed. "I'd be proud if Clara turned out to be half as brilliant as Aimee. Although I'm probably going to train her to be a theater child anyway. You know me." She laughed.
((Goin' to bed. Goodnight!))

((haha hopefully me too.))
*Eponine laughed.* "She's got a great singing voice, for a three-year old. I have no idea how she ended up like she did--god knows not from me and the world knows not from John."

She snorted. "Listen, if she turns out to have John's voice, disown her. The boy could not sing. But you can't, either?" This surprised her a little, but, then again, that was because she had a lot of trouble with "On My Own." Damn altos being all awesome...

*Eponine blushed.* "Well, I can sing, just a little. Life wasn't really focused on it when I was growing up. It's not really something that's important to me." *She said, shrugging and looking back to check on Aimee, who was singing 'Frere Jacques' very softly to the baby.*

Hallie laughed. "Your daughter is adorable! And you were right about the singing. It's very good for a two-and-a-half year old."

*Eponine smiled at Aimee.* "She's the best thing that ever happened to me--when I first found out, I had no idea what I was going to do, but I now I can't imagine life without her."

She nodded. "Same here, but it's sort of comforting now. Makes it feel like he and I actually had something." She looked over at her child. "Plus she's like the American Girl doll I never had."
