*Elisabeta was growing at an unnatural rate. Within a few weeks she was talking and walking on unsturdy legs. And having been confined in Sylvia so long, she wasn't about to be trapped in her room, no matter what Vlad said. She scampered down the darkened hallway. She stumbled and fell, cursing this body's clumsiness. It would have been better to assume Sylvia's, but after this long, she could wait. She didn't cry, but did pause to catch her breath.*

*Guy walked down the hallway and in the corner of his eye saw something move, turning to it Guy noticed that it was a small child. With a look of bewilderment he stared down at it and then back up to the hallway, glancing around, hoping to find someone who could take the child to were it belonged. But no one was there. Guy looked back at the child and wondered what he should do with it.*

*Elisabeta pushed herself back up and noted the stranger for the first time. She eyed him as shrewdly as her tiny frame allowed and queried in her small voice.*
"Who are you?"

*Guy was a bit surprised to see the child talking. Not that he didn't think children couldn't talk, but surely they didn't start talking at this age. Plus there was something very strange about the child.*
"I am Sir Guy of Gisborne."
*Guy replied rather stiffly.*
"Where is your mother, or who ever should be taking care of you."

*Elisabeta looked up to him sternly. So this was how it would be to be a child again. It frustrated her.*
"My mother..."
*She frowned and glanced down the hall.*
"My lord is preoccupied at the moment. But I am capable of caring for myself, thank you."
*She lifted her dainty chin proudly.*

*That wasn't the response Guy had expected.*
"Your lord? Are you Dracula's child?"

Well...in a way...
*Elisabeta didn't really want to think about that, instead straightening as much as she could manage. She spoke clearly, not wanting there to be any doubt of her authority in this small frame.*
"I...am his wife. His first."

"Sure you are."
*Guy replied smiling at the child like ... well like any adult would smile at a little child who was claiming to be married to an adult man.*
"Now I am sure someone is missing you. A wed nurse or your parents."

*Now Elisabeta was getting pissed. She took a defiant step towards him, her voice a shrill hiss.*
"Who are you to speak to me in such a manner? Sir Guy...chose your words carefully or I will have your master cut out your heart and serve it to me on a silver platter for your insolence."
*She tightened her lips.*
"I am the lady of this house. And I demand respect."
Vlad...where are you? I need you.

*Guy raised an eyebrow and looked away for a moment, before looking back with a smile playing around his lips.*
"I am sorry, milady. I shall disturb you no further."
*Guy said, the sarcasm clear in his voice.*

*If only she could have reached his hair, she would have slit his throat herself. But it was so far up there. She forwned, looking for another option. Then she smiled cruelly when she found it.*
"Perhaps that would be best. I would not want my husband to think that you were...making unwanted advances. Or treating me cruelly. He can get...very upset."

*Guy glanced back to the child with a very confused look on his face. This was one freaky kid. He shook his head, as if he dismissed something in his mind and then looked back at the child.*
"What is your name, child?"

*She straightened speaking proudly.*
"I told you. I am Dracula's first wife, Elisabeta."
*She took a deep breath.*
"If you still don't believe me, ask him yourself."

((Hehe, that is going to be one awkward conversation))
"I will."
*Guy said honestly. He was tired from his journey and really didn't feel like arguing with some small disillusioned child. Of course asking his new lord something as strange as did would be fairly stupid, Guy would simply ask who the child was.*

"Now."
*Elisabeta spoke plainly and determined.*
"I want you to understand now. Not later in some dismissive manner. I may look like a child, but I refuse to be treated like one."
