Obi Wan blinked his eyes open, cringing at the stinging pain that stabbed at his side.
Groggily, he sat up and looked around, only to find himself in grand room with decorative staircases and ornate design.
"This can't be good," he said aloud. Was he even on the same planet anymore? No, this couldn't be Yaveron. This place was too extravagant for a planet with such a poor economy.
"Where am I?"

*Derek was leaning against a pillar. It was an icky, cloudy day, and therefore he could be around, even though it was bright.*
"Paris, as it were." *He said sarcastically, not moving.*

Obi Wan swung around to face the voice. He was surprised he hadn't noticed this man's presence before.
"Who are you?" he asked, his eyes narrowing. There was something about this man that was...off.

"Nobody of consequence." *He said cooly.*

Obi Wan was immediately leery.
"Where did you say I was again? Paris?" What an odd name for a planet. Or was it? Maybe that was just the city...

"Yes. Paris, France. The Paris Opera House, to be exact. WHere on earth did you think you were?"

Obi Wan frowned. France? Earth? He had never heard of either, and that was unusual.
"Can you tell me what sector I'm in?" He didn't like relying on this character, but it seemed it was his only choice. He might as well be civil. "I seem to have lost my way."

*He raised an eyebrow.*
"Sector? The only thing close is that we're in the 9th Arrondissement... of the city." *He said, looking at the man oddly.*

Wait a minute...This isn't right. Maybe the people on this planet have no idea that there are other planets out there. That would explain how he didn't know about it. No one did, most likely.
"Oh. Well then, could you at least tell me where I might find a ship, or a cruiser?" Please tell me they know about space travel here...

"As in... the kind you use to cross the ocean? That'll be quite a ways away from here. Like in Calais. or Marseilles."

"No, I mean one where I can travel through space." His hope quickly started to drain.

*He snorted.*
"What are you, a science-fiction author? People don't travel through space. And likely won't for a very, very long time."

A science fiction author? Space Travel doesn't exist? Where am I?
Before he could ask his next question, his lightsaber, which had been hanging quite precariously since he had woken up, crashed to the floor.

*Derek blinked at it.*
"What is that? And what's with the clothing?" *He asked, looking at Obi wan's attire."

Obi Wan quickly pick up his saber and placed it securely on his belt. Evidently, Jedi aren't known on this planet.
"It's nothing," he replied, gracefully waving his hand. This planet seemed to be so ignorant of the galaxy around them, he was sure their minds would be easily overcome by the force.
