Helga's name glowed ominously and turned black. Crowley took his own waterproof pen out of his pocket (he thought it was the sort of thing that the human he tried to be would have) and signed the place where his name went (he had started to write A.J. Crowley, but then quickly crossed it out and wrote the symbol for his real name). The scroll burst into flames and disappeared.

"Quite a theatrical show there," Helga replied, feeling surprisingly indifferent about what she had just done.

He laughed. "It's fun, although the stuff with the scroll was by itself."

"I see. Now, when exactly do you plan to begin? I assume I have a lot of 'proving' to do, an don't forget you promised to help me with that, not to mention finding my father."

"Don't worry, I'm a demon of my word. We'll sort of be helping each other out."

"Sounds good," Helga replied. "When do we begin?" Helga tried not to be anxious, but she would be lying if she said she wasn't excited. She was going to meet her father after all.

"Right now, if you like. We could go to a bar or something—lots of evil deeds to be done there."

Helga gave a sly smile and nodded. "I drink does sound nice."

He laughed and put a friendly arm around her shoulder. "I think I like you already."
((TO THE BAR... SOMEWHERE! I'll pick one.))
