Helga rolled her eyes. Such a typical statement.
"No, but the toxic fumes their ship emitted after it crashed gave me my unexpected present. Laugh if you want, I don't care. I'm used to it."

"No, no, I believe you. I thought I sensed something odd about you. Although it still doesn't explain everything..."

**Helga**
"Oh? Like what?"

"There's something else about you. It's almost like... magic. It's pretty strange, since I don't have a lot of experience with real magic. Crazy people running about in robes and reading from spellbooks under a full moon doesn't really count."

Helga gulped. He couldn't know, could he? I mean, she wasn't even completely sure herself, for all she had was Mrs. Pulinksii's word.
She looked at Mr. Crowley for a moment, thinking.
"Do you believe in magic? Real magic?"

"I guess so. For example, The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch turned out to be, well, nice and accurate. I don't think an angel came down and told here all of these things—especially since they were pretty random. But I've met a descendent of hers, and she's too psychic for her own good. So, yes, I suppose I do. Do you?"

"I do. And since you trusted me with your secret, I guess I can trust you with mine. I assume you've never met a witch before?"

"I have, actually. The girl I mentioned before. Anathema Device." He paused. "Why do you ask? Are you a witch?"

"Yes, though I admit to being new. I've only just recently learned that I was, and haven't had much practice. With no one to teach me, I've been teaching myself from a second hand spell book throughout my journey with a wand I purchased in New York. Another probable reason I have found myself broke."

"Wow. Think you could show me?" Crowley was intrigued. It wasn't every day that one got to meet a witch, even if one was a demon!

((For this I am assuming that his glasses are still in his hands. Tell me if they aren't though!))
Helga hesitated for a moment before pulling a long, slender stick from her back pocket. Yes, she knew it probably wasn't the best idea to keep it there, but who was going to reprove her? One learns by experience, right?
She focused on the glasses that A.J. held in his hands.
"Wingardium Leviosa!"
The sunglasses effortlessly lifted from the demon's hand, and she smiled when they landed lightly in her own. She was impressed. She was able to perform the spell better than she had expected.

Crowley opened his mouth to say something, but, finding himself speechless, closed it again. "Wow. I've never met a human who could do that sort of thing before."

Helga grinned with accomplishment and twirled the glasses in her hand absentmindedly.
"It's not much," She admitted. "I still have some work to do."

Crowley laughed and made the glasses materialize in his own hand in a burst of flame (the flame wasn't really necessary, but he liked showing off). Grinning, he put them back on. "It's still pretty cool. Although the stick sort of takes away from the whole thing," he teased.

Show off, Helga thought. What could she say? She was naturally competitive. Maybe she had gotten it from one of her parents...
"Yes, well..." Helga trailed off before instantly vanishing and reappearing behind Crowley, gracefully swiping the glasses from his nose and swinging them around her finger, no wand required. I should really thank that wizard in Virgina for taking those two days to teach me that, Helga thought with a smile.
"...Not everyone is a demon. But thanks for the compliment," Helga said with a grin. I've got to stop being so competitive. I swear, one of these days it'll be my downfall.
